“Proctor looks good, just hope it lasts. Didn't realize till the order confirmation came through that I was buying from sports direct. It even turned up with the price label quoting the price reduction like in sports direct.”

“Prices very good but delivery is appauling. Still waiting a week later as Yodel is used and they contract home delivery out to people. My parcel is now stuck in someone's car. Great.”

“Did not get an automatic notification of dispatch until after the goods had been delivered. Had to email customer support three days after order to check all was well. Speed and accuracy of response to that enquiry was excellent.”

“Good kit, but let down by poor customer service at Sports Direct. One item was delivered with the pricetag showing a price of £9.99 when I paid £17.99. SD Customer service basically said tough... Yes - they are within their rights to do this, but it's pretty poor customer service in my eyes and means that I will be looking to avoid SD next time.”

“Product arrived quite quick although the customer service is practically non existent. I had an issue with one item and the only way you can contact Karrimor is by Email. No good - you need to be able to talk to someone when discussing problems.”

“As a review of the goods, I've yet to try anything enough to have a comment. As a review of Karrimor (i.e. Sports Direct): I chose (as I am out at work all week) the 'Saturday Delivery' option from the choices, at £3.00 more than the standard delivery. Sports Direct then chose to send the items on a 'Next Day' delivery (£1 cheaper than the Saturday delivery, but for delivery on a Friday - when I'm not in) by Yodel, who would have (and did) deliver the goods on a Saturday - for the price of the standard delivery option. I know that this is cheap sports wear but I think that someone is trying to pull the wool as far as delivery is concerned.”

“Bought walking shoes identical to my previous pair as I loved the style, colours and comfort, which I'd just about worn out and had served me very well. Price even with delivery charges was cheaper online than in store and no fuel/parking costs. My only grumble is regarding delivery. I'd had an email stating delivery date as the same day as the email arrived. Delivery was not made until the following day which was disappointing as I'd changed my plans without any notice to accomodate the date given.”

“Quick delivery, yet items were not perfect. One long sleeve wicking t shirt had a strong, unpleasant smell. The other, an X-lite running top, had pulls to the fabric and the cheap flatlock stitching was already coming undone in one area. Ok, considering the price, so don't expect quality on par with outdoor brands such as TNF, Berghaus etc.”

“A TAKE20 coupon was available when I placed my order but the system would not take the coupon other than this I had no problems but I found the whole ordeal frustrating trying to use the cupon.”

“Have some disappointments a about the discount from 20% for orders during the end of december and first of januari. I had made the order at the first of januari local time 22:57. And I couldn't add the discount code in the order. I made at the same time a mail with that announcement that I couldn't add the code. Now I received a mail that you can't give the discount anymore. For me it's strange that a organisation like yours couldn't' arrange that anymore. Now one of the shirts has a worn stitch and to send this back is not affordable regarding the price. So if you can arrange the discount anyhow I am satisfied with that sollution. Regards Ferry Willemsen”

“I have worn Karrimor trainers for over three years and have used a pair a year. I normally get them from TK MAX, but on this occasion I got an email from Karrimor ( that was actually from Sports Direct) offering product in the one day new year sale. As they were having a sale I thought I could save a few pounds so ordered a pair of trainers. I was offered a 10% discount for ordering on the that day. The first problem that using the Samsung tablet I own I found there was nowhere to add the discount code I had been given so didn't get the discount. I did email them about this, which was difficult from the site as every option, bar one, just gave a FAQ answer and no email option, however I got no response from the mail I sent. When the trainers arrived it was unfortunate that they did not fit. That was no fault of Karrimor just that I have wide feet and they were a narrow fitting. I then found that I had to pay for the return postage, signed for, which cost around £4. This means I ended up with no trainers at a cost of £4. Not quite the bargain I anticipated.”
