Delivery to Czech Republic was fast (4 working days) with no damage of the parcel. The only problem was in size of technical t-shirt (http://www.karrimor.com/karrimor-tech-t-shirt-mens-444000?colcode=44400003) - it is not like on the picture. It looks to have v-shape while it is straight - it has some 45in in waist in size large...

Karrimor themselves were fine, the items were despatched quickly and as always are great value for money, but why oh why must you use Yodel for delivery?!?! They are awful. They delivered it to the wrong place (a different street and postcode) and have been no help when I've called them. Luckily the place that they did deliver to dropped it round to me, but please don't use Yodel! I've wasted 4 days waiting for them and 2 long phone calls just because they can't read a postcode.

Great products. Confusion over delivery/time date and poor communication options for customer service. Probably wouldn't buy online again

The jacket ordered was fine and fits well, but we were disappointed and somewhat irritated to see that TWO Security Tags were still attached to the jacket which meant an extra, and in our view, unnecessary journey to a Sports Direct outlet along with the dispatch note and proof of identity, in order to remove them. Needless to say, they set off the security alarm when entering the outlet! Therefore despite the "must go" reduction on the advertised original price, the delivery charge and the cost and inconvenience of the additional journey and explanation to the staff to get them removed added to the overall price paid. So not impressed with the service and therefore would think twice before buying from Karrimor/Sports Direct again.

Bought the igloo jacket & unfortunately has to go back as it doesn't fit; waistline is nearly in the middle of my back :( & I'm normal size 12; it's a shame as I waited & had my heart set on it since last year. Maybe next year or a year after...

Quick delivery however box was tatty and bashed with stickers all over it which couldn't be removed without tearing the box further. Pretty poor especially since the shoes were purchased as a gift.

My shoes arrived promptly, but they are not as comfortable as I had hoped. Thats the problem with buying shoes online, you can't try them on, and you have to pay the postage to send them back,

Reasonable delivery lead time, although I think having to pay for returns as well as delivery is a not really acceptable, especially when some of the imagery and explanation of footwear particularly is not very comprehensive. Returning a pair of Calicos sandals bought for husband because it was not clear that there was no opening around the ankle as with the ladies Ithaca sandal.

I hate the shoes so much. It hurt so much when I was hiking. It hurt my ankles due to the fabric is not soft enough. I feel so disappointed of this shoes.

Boots arrived as per order, but the sizing system at Karrimor appears to be different from other manufacturers and mine are almost a size smaller than they should be.

The registration form was a pain to fill out. You need, at most, my card details and a delivery address, then potentially an email address. The product was £3 more on Amazon and I was very tempted to just buy from them as the checkout process would have been simpler. Don't put blocks in front of people giving you money - you wouldn't make someone sign a form before handing you a £10 note!

I did not find your web site terribly user friendly. However I made it to check out and purchased next day delivery. Three days later interrogated the YODEL site and found that my package had arrived twice at their site and left once. I really wanted the goods for a trip away beginning last FRIDAY 3.10.14. I rang YODEL and they admitted that they still had my goods and when i said that I thought that I had paid for next day delivery they confirmed that fact but did not have a lot to say about their delay and poor service. They did however agree to deliver this coming Wednesday. Not happy with my overall experience.
