“Delivery was very quick. I ordered size 10, my normal size, as I already possess Karrimor walking shoes of that size and they are a good, comfortable fit. However the Tundra size 10 is too tight and feels more like a nine and a half. This inconsistency in size and fit is disappointing and frustrating, especially as there is no warning or advise to order a larger size when ordering Tundra. To return the shoes by recorded delivery, as recommended by Sports Direct costs £11. I am not willing to pay this and have asked my shoe repairer to have a go at stretching the shoes.”

“Karrimor shoes is certainly quick in getting the product to the customer. Regarding Pace Run LD20: I'm glad I got a size bigger than what I usually wear. I was disappointed because I have very painful plantar faciitis and thought these shoes would finally be the ones that would feel ok, but they're not. They're wider than I've ever bought in shoes before, and they're not very sturdy. Sturdy - when you have plantar faciitis, it's better if the shoe doesn't bend in the middle very much when you walk. If it wasn't for these poor feet of mine I'm sure the shoes would be perfect. They look very nice.”

“My order included high viz bibs (pink and yellow), and I appreciate they are in the sale. I was allowed to place an order 14 pinks max which was fine, however I got an email the next day telling me there were none available. I went out and sourced the extra yellows in store - having visited 3 London stores. A few days later when my order arrived it included 9 pink bibs. Although I am pleased to get them, when I emailed customer services ,the told me that they had no idea when they would new stock and they could only check the system like any customer. I find this amazing, customer service has no ability to check stock or when stock is due in. Delivery time was good, it was actually the communication which was a bit poor, had I known some pinks were sourced, I have saved a few hours trekking London West End and City of London after work.”

“The ordering and delivery process for my purchase was fast and efficient, however as I needed to return my purchase I was dissapointed to find out that had to pay £11 to do so. As Karrimor is such a massive business (not a small, one man outlet) I think this is really bad customer service.”

“I have bought Karrimor trainers for some years, and have always been very pleased with them. However, I recently tried to buy replacement trainers, and have had to return two pairs because Karrimor seem to be manufacturing them to a narrower size which is much too tight for my feet.”

“The colour of the 3 in 1 jacket seems not matched to photo in the website. I chose a right size of the sandals, it seems quite loosed when wearing. Overall, the quality is good.”

“Expensive if u have to return items that don't fit. Paid £5.99 for next day delivery and had to return due to wrong size which cost me £3.90. I didn't re order as this would have cost yet another £5.99!! The retail outlet did not offer return service either. Make sure if ordering u don't have to return items.”

“all good arrived v quickly - product is actually a little big but as I would have to pay for returns I will keep it - also there was a pick up from store option but this was the same price as the postage so not sure what the point of that service is. Also £4 seems a little high for p and p”

“I have orderd 2 shirts in size medium. acording to the size chart i have messured my sizes. the shirt with zipper is good but de black one is way to big more like large. I hope that there is a solution”

“The delivery is quick but the color of product received totally different from what shown at Karrimor's website. Quite dissappointed for what happen but will not return the product as i need to bear the return postage cost. Already wrote email to cs@sportsdirect.com and hopefully this thing wont happen again.”

“Service was good EXCEPT they use Yodel for delivery, you know the guys, they attempt to deliver then will automatically attempt again the next day before taking it to a depot miles away for you to collect. That's OK its not like you PAID to have them delivered, spending money on petrol to collect something that should be delivered is fine isn't it?. At least with the Royal Mail they would end up at your local Post Office for collection, Yodel are just the worst. Nice shoes but buy them in a shop (if you can) because the delivery service is terrible.”
