I was charged £69.99 ordering directly from the Karrimor website, when the trainers arrived they were in a box from Sports Direct and were being sold as end of line at £20! they refused to refund the difference! Dreadful customer service when I contacted them about it - basically said "unlucky"!!

Just bought a new pair of the Weathertite/Dynagrip/Ortholite walking shoes. Have to say they are the comfiest ive ever worn from the brand, especially with suffering from high arches and i dont have to use my insoles with them. Only issue was delivery, when the courier company left them on the dividing wall and my neighbour kindly took them in till i got home.

Did not receive order, contacted Karrimor and didn't hear back so charges for items i don't have! Theres no customer contact number and no response to emails, would not order again

was quite taken aback after I purchased something from Karrimor to receive a receipt from Sports Direct. I had seen nothing about Karrimor being part of Sports Direct on the website until afterwards when I went looking for it and found it in the terms and conditions. Felt duped. I'll be more careful next time as I don't like to buy from Sports Direct, and the fact that there was no clear mention of them on the website, goes further to make me mistrust the company.

I ordered specifically from the Karrimor website, because I didn't want to do business with any intermediary or discounter. Then, to my immense disappointment, the confirmation email and delivery notice came from SportsDirect, the last company on earth that I would want to have ordered from. Your website should make it completely transparent who is the vendor. I feel cheated.

Paid for next day delivery. Waited in all day. Didn't arrive. Day four and my order still hasn't arrived. They do not respond to customer service emails. Do not do business with Karrimor. It appears to now be Sports Direct in disguise. Have a google to find out how bad they are.

If ordered mon to fri delivery next day? What a joke- if you use yahoo you would or should not advertise next day delivery The extra charge is fraud The goods have not been delivered yet!!!!!!!!

Super fast shipping and a good price in the sale, woudl use again for sure. My only suggestion woudl be advise on sizing as in buying snow boots which are generally worn over thick thermal socks an indicator to size up woudl be appreciated. I had to go on Amazon to read suggestions on sizing.

Can't give a review on something I haven't received yet.received email to say Items were picked 3 days ago at the warehouse. Still waiting for a email to say they have been despatched. Shocking service, pay for next day service, don't be fooled by £4:99 In store delivery and receive £5 voucher. Absolute rubbish service.

We did not know the brand. We are based near Paris, France. We were looking for a rucksack at a reasonable price for our son who will be spending a week camping with his scout group this summer. Surfing on the web, we discovered Karrimor. Not only we found the item we were looking for, and on sale! The order was placed on Monday and the product delivered on Wednesday. We are very satisfied by the product and the service quality. Our son is thrilled!

i have ordered running shoes. they are size 3 but in the size selection icon its written that size 3 is equal 36 in europe . i just got my shoes now but on the box label, its written that they are 35,5 Europe size. i think i wont be able to use them because they are small for me and they hurt my toes . so this is sad, i think i will never order from karrimor again.

This is in relation to an international order for a travel luggage combo, a fleece jacket, a foldable bag and a no wash gel. The company cancelled the gel because it wasn't available for international sales (which should've been stated on the site, but never mind). They then cancelled my travel luggage combo saying it is out of stock, and then proceeded to process the remaining 2 products. I paid £16.99 in international delivery charges because in aggregate, I felt that it was worth paying for it. However, after the 2 cancellations, my order value fell from over £70 to around £30, without anyone reaching out to me to give me a choice to change my order despite the delivery charge remained the same. So now I'm stuck with a £16.99 bill for delivery for items I only added to cart because I was paying for the delivery of the bags I really wanted anyway. They offered me £5 off, but seriously, that still leaves me with an £11.99 delivery charge which i never would've paid for. The worst thing about the whole situation is that they claim that the bags are out of stock, but the product page was just changed (last 24 hours) to say that the products "must go", implying that there is still stock. I've got screen shots from the last 2 days so I'm certain it's a recent change. I'll probably seek advice from a consumer protection company, otherwise, I'll attempt to take this to social media, which I've been trying to avoid prior to this, but now that I feel cheated and lied to about the products availability, it's most likely going to be my next course of action..
