“Buying online is a bit of a lottery, I would have been very disappointed with the size guide had I been slightly bigger (I have a 30 inch waist the guide says that a small fits 30/32 inch waist, they only just fit me). The delivery company you used for me, Yodel, was awful. I was away for a week and was not at home when the delivery was made. Yodel sent me an email telling me that my package had been safely left with a neighbour and a card had been put through my door telling me who it was. When I arrived home a week later there was no card and when my neighbour brought the package round she told me she had seen it left on the doorstep for anyone to see and took it in for me. Shame Yodel had to lie.”

“The process was easy and delivery was within a week which was great. Products quality is good however my white snow boots have two pen marks on them. They are small but noticeable straight away on unpacking. It's not feasible to return them from Australia but it was a bit disappointing. I will have to try and clean them off.”

“The process of purchasing online with Karrimor is fairly good but, in my opinion, does not rate as highly as many other major brands which offer online shopping. As with all online clothes stores you cannot judge the quality and sizing of clothes until you receive your order. The difference with Karrimor is that the sizing does not appear to have any consistency even within its own brand - a medium in a mans top for example can be anything from 36"- 44" chest but, if the item does fit you, then you're probably going to be quite happy with it. Delivery is prompt - but don't be sucked in by the £5 in-store discount offered for "Click & Collect", I found that items were generally more expensive in-store which negated the "discount" and, unless you live within walking distance of the store you've also got your travel expenses to consider so you might just as well get them to deliver it to your door and save yourself some money. Their returns policy is not so good either. Supposing you received a faulty item with an online order, the stores will not entertain exchanging goods even if they have 100's of the exact same item in stock - you have to post it back to somewhere called Shirebrook (?) at your own expense. Overall I feel that Karrimor (or Sports Direct) are ok if you go into a physical store and purchase goods but a bit lacking in the online shopping experience.”

“I have rated poor and good as I usually buy from karrimor and their goods are fine good even but this time the pair that cost 35 pounds had clearly visible glue marks on the front that I didn't want to have to hassle to send back so applied permanent marker to them to hide it, the other pair were perfect.”

“This is a bit premature because I have yet to receive the item I ordered last week. I am less than happy with a Karrimor product I purchsed locally some weeks ago and will be writing to the company about this in due course”

“I was a bit disappointed with the rucksack when it came as it was not made to the same standard of robustness as my old Joe Brown sack, purchased back in '72 and still going strong. I bought this one for my nephew. When I did a bit more research I found that the current company is not "really" Karrimor but just a branding exercise. At the heavily discounted price that I paid, it probably represents value for money. "Change and decay in all around I see!"”

“Not a speedy delivery service compared to other high st store who also I might add do not charge for delivery! Item came having purchased a similar karrimor item size is way too small, plus item had an old jjb security tag on it which staff said I would need to go to next or other shops and get them to take off security tag! Can you believe that!”

“Having owned a pair of very comfortable Karrimor boots for years I thought the event walking shoes would fit also. Unfortunately they were too small and too narrow - completely different sizing from my boots. The cost of returning them by registered post of £11 means I will not buy from Karrimor again.”

“Whilst it is a average product, this Chinese made version is not a patch on an earlier hoolie I have which was made in the UK by Team 26 ISLANDERS! I don't think it is ethical or honest to use the union flag logo on your products when they not made in the UK. It is very sad that you appear to have abandoned quality for profit. I, personally, would be prepared to pay more for a British made quality product. It is no wonder that you are having to halve the price in order sell this stuff. KARRIMOR used to mean quality, alas no longer. I shall NOT be buying your products in future.”
