“Only issue is why oh why can't they use Royal Mail so that when you are not in your parcel gets left at your local post office for collection rather than in some depot 50 miles away with a company that can't communicate. Couriers cause so many problems, please stop using them.”

“The product is 5* but I'm marking customer experience slightly less. My order was delivered the day after it was due, even although I'd paid extra. The choice of carrier (Hermes) is poor and shpynd be reconsidered. Otherwise, happy.”

“My wife and I live in Portugal and we have both used the Karrimor Run Tempo 4 for a few years. The tracks my wife runs on around here are very hard and very rocky, so apart from light weight, good comfort and support it is important that the shoes give good isolation from sharp rocks and good shock absorption. The tempo 4 meets these requirements at a very reasonable price, which is why we continue to seek them out. I am limited to walking on a treadmill thus my needs are less demanding, nevertheless I find them excellent value for money.”

“Good fit, very good against wind and rain, not so much against the cold, thinner lining than I expected. Not a coat, more of a long jacket.”

“Well I first received a note that my card was not accepted, then that it was and then I saw that I was charged for two orders. A number of phone calls to my credit card company got this straightened out but I have not yet seen the product. Not happy yet!”
