“The star is only for the prompt delivery. The product is good but customer service not. I've sent you several email after I placed the orders (3 by error). When I try to buy the goods I had several errors after I entered the details and I end up with 3 orders (each one with a fast delivery charge of 8£). Until now not an answer from customer service team, even if I send few emails exactly once I realised the error and asked to keep only one order... of course no one read it. Next time I will by from ebay or amazon or anywhere I can have chance to cancel the order prior to be despatched. Very unhappy 🥺”

“I bought the products at £109.99 each and they arrived with sales prices on 1 @ £38 and the other at £54.99. Ordered on Monday 18/05 and received 22/05 these sale prices have been on the labels longer than we received them, this I would say is fraudulent and I expect the difference in money’s returned £126.99 to my payment card. Otherwise I will be returning the items I expect a reply ASAP.”

“Warning Do not be conned by thinking you are buying from the Karrimor Website . I paid full price for the items which arrived with sports direct labels on. The jacket in fact had a 50% off ticket and 2 for £9 on the socks. How can you charge full price and send out sale price items. No wonder Sports Direct has such a bad name. Unable to contact anyone from the company. Unhappy customer.”

“I am very disappointed to say the least. I have paid £59.99 for my men’s sliders. Was very excited as this was for my husbands Father’s Day present. On opening the package the box had a marked down sticker on them to £29.99, but the invoice states £59.99. Needless to say I will be returning them!! Can someone please contact me regarding this ?”

“Received my trainers which cost me £79.99 but the box was covered in a great big sticker saying “up to 50% reduction, was £79.99, now only £39.99.” I wrote to customer services about this as I was obviously a it disappointed not to get this deal. It’s been three full working days now and heard nothing back yet from them. Wondering if I’m going to get this resolved. May have to return the trainers.”

“Very disappointed- items weren’t quite as expected - and sizing is on the smaller size but far worse was the fact that I was charged full price on the invoice despite the items having a 50% off price tag attached. At this point I realised it was all part of sports direct group!!!!!!”

“I THOUGHT I was ordering FROM Karrimor. It was NOT obvs until it arrived that it was actually Sportsdirect. The 2 tops were very OLD stock, which I knew, as I have an original. They arrived marked down 50% but I was charged 100%. I complained to Sportdirect asking for a refund, only to get a reply to say it wasn't their mistake.”

“I paid for next day delivery on the4th may , it is now the 8 th may and still not received my parcel . This was a birthday present so I'm really disappointed ,can you please let me know when the parcel will arrive and will the delivery charge be refunded . Thankyou”

“I ordered 4 packs of two pairs of men’s running socks at the supposed only available price of £13.99 each. I was extremely annoyed to find the marked price on each pack was instead £6.99 but with the further offer of only £10.00 for two pairs, so I should have been charged only£20.00 rather than £55.96. With lockdown I can’t shop elsewhere. I feel you have taken completely wrong advantage of me and are inappropriately benefiting from lockdown. I expect an immediate refund of £35.96. Invoice 105116494. Please respond without delay.”

“Under NO circumstances should you purchase this brand through their website! Was charged £79.99 and £39.99 respectively for Karrimor jacket and fleece that actually came from Sports Direct with price tickets of £39.99 and £19.99 respectively. I tried for over two weeks to purchase these items from Sports Direct but was repeatedly advised what I wanted was out of stock! Oh, and the thieving toerags took £6.99 for next day delivery that DIDN'T happen, to say I'm unimpressed would be an understatement - neither are my local Trading Standards Office.”

“Carrier say they delivered, but i have not recieved my goods, payment has been taken. Hermes say they can't investigate until Karrimor request them. I have emailed several times and had no answer back, and still no delivery.”

“I’d like to give a positive review but unfortunately I can’t. I ordered two tops for my husband’s birthday at the beginning of March. One of the tops had a release date of 8th April which was plenty of time to receive the tops for his birthday. The 8th April came and went with no tops being delivered and no word from Karrimor. I emailed customer service and was told the tops wouldn’t be delivered until the release date but the release date had passed! Three times I contacted customer service to obtain an update and received little information so I was no further forward. One of the tops arrived on my husband’s birthday but no word or update on the missing top. I would chase but I have no faith in receiving a response. Awful service which has put me off using Karrimor which is a shame as my husband likes the products.”
