After buying three pairs of Karrimor boots on sale the first pair peeled apart, the second leaked and I don’t hold out much hope for the third pair. Karrimor make cheap tat and sell it dear. Do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague!

Brought some karrimor walking. Advertised as being waterproof. But every time went feet came back soaked. Even if its wasn't raining just jew off the grass. Also after 5 months of having them the sole has began to come off one of the boots. I got in touch with karrimor/sports direct. They said its not a manufacturer fault, they are unable to send me a replacement or refund. But I think is the boot isn't waterproof or able to least more 5months then I think it there is a fault. Don't waste your money!!

I paid over £50 for two items. When they arrived I was surprised to see both had Sports Direct 'up to 50% off' labels showing. Looking at the Karrimor website I see that many others have fallen foul of this. It's not good PR for Karrimor, Sports Direct or Mike Ashley? I sent an email to Karrimor but have not had a reply.

I ordered two items from the Karrimor website, running shoes for £59.99 and running socks for £13.99. Delivered promptly with the next day service. All good EXCEPT both items have a 50% OFF sticker on them. The prices I paid are crossed through, with lower prices £34.99 and £6.99 written over. Why was I expected to pay the full price when the items I received are so clearly marked down? I asked if they would refund the difference between what I paid and the prices that are marked on my items but they declined. Shabby.

The men's trainer socks running drx of which I bought 2 packs were labelled 50% off only£6.49 or 2 for £10. Since I paid £12.99 per pack making £25.98 plus postage I think it's safe to say I was ripped off. Buyer beware.

I like the jacket I bought but it had a tag on with 50% off, I paid full price. I’m waiting for a reply from customer services. My 1* could easily be amended to 5* depending on their answer.

Was extremely disappointed to find I have paid £59.99 for a fleece jacket And when it arrived it had a 50% price tag which was £29.99 and I cannot find a contact telephone number to find out why I paid £30 more.

After seven days no reply from customer service. The only indormation was from local post service indicating that the ahipment was dispatched and with no indication when will it be delivered. A bit underwhelming experience.

I actually was very disappointed.I especially ordered directly with Karrimor ,taking in consideration to pay double the price than I would have paid, if I would have ordered with Sports Direct. After extreme exploitation ,paying below minimum wage, zero hour contracts during lock down I didn t wish to support this chain,To my disappointment and frustration to receive a shoe box from Sports Direct marked with the lower price. Not happy, not impressed.

Had a pair of walking boots, hardly been used, on a country walk both soles came off the boots within a mile of each other. Customer Services asked me to send them back at my cost, I have proof of them receiving them, they have lost them and will not accept liability. Karrimore / Sports Direct Customer Services are as good as their products - Absolute Rubbish

I feel ripped off. The socks I ordered were priced at £11.99 each but the sticker price on the products received was £5.99 and two for £9. Almost half the price. Astoundingly bad and shocking way to treat customers. Very poor indeed. Expect a refund under consumer law.

Shameful. I Sent for a pair of Karrimor, Panther shorts, via Karrimor (who are part of SD and that's who you deal with if you have any issues), for my partner's birthday. They were advertised at £39.99. He loves these and so, despite having bought the exact same thing online last year, at £13.99, and later, a further pair in store for £19.99, I decided to go for it. When they arrived they had a genuine, large pink price reduction tag attached, with 50% reduction and a price of £19.99. I was ecstatic, assuming they'd been advertised incorrectly online, especially as in the interim I'd spotted a pair in the next size, in Speke store for £19.99. I contacted Sport Direct with a pleasant email, pointing out that I thought they'd been incorrectly priced, and anticipated a response offering a £20 refund. But, I hadn't bargained with SD's business methods and customer relations ethos. Despite several messages back and forth, they were utterly unprepared to l move. So, even though the shorts have exactly the same reduced price tag as the stores, the stores are selling these shorts at £19.99 and they are also available online at £19.99, via SD Online, you won't reduce the price to me. I realise that you couldn't give a watsit, so long as you have my money, but all the same, as I said - shameful.
