“This was my first online shop and unfortunately the wrong item was sent to me. However the Customer Service was excellent with a prompt response, Freepost return of the wrong item and refund. Would not hesitate to use again.”

“Excellent service and next day delivery although postage is rather steep even for standard delivery. It would be great if you could add click and collect to your service for returns? Would make life soooo much easier. Otherwise, can't complain.”

“I bought some awesome metal flasks. They feel really well made and keep my water cold and tasty. I ordered on Sunday and they arrived Monday, and they cost about a third of what I would have expected. These flasks rock.”
