“Customer service great. Some portions too small for 2 people.(Thai Green Curry with Moubtain peppers) Most meals very tasty. One (meatballs) was bland but moist. Coconut Adele he tart beautiful and well worth it. Most meals are great value per person considering it is very tasty.”

“I discovered Providoor of course during the Covid time of which allowed me an introduction to quality food delivered to our home while my husband battled cancer. We enjoyed many pleasurable meals and even now, as my husband passed away in February this year I have clawed my way through the grief to make the decision to, on ocassion, order from you because I am not cooking much these days and I know I need to be kind to myself. The menus have changed and restaurants are not the feature but I nonetheless have found much appreciation for the quality of the meals on offer during my truly hard time dealing with the loss of my special guy.”

“The food from Providoor is consistently delicious and high-quality — I’ve really enjoyed every meal. One suggestion: it would be great to see more variety in the weekly menu. A rotating or themed selection (e.g. ,food that is unique to every cuisine represented already but not on the menue now) would keep things fresh. I don't, for one, don't eat the same food every week. Also, please consider printing heating and prep instructions directly on the packaging — not everyone has a mobile phone, and this would really help my elderly parent. Great service overall with just a few areas to improve.”

“Very efficient delivery, with the freezer packs that kept it cold, and good customer service. The dishes were very easy to prepare and heat. One or two of the dishes (for instance, the beef bourginon) were a little different to what I expected, although the Pumpkin soup was fantastic. I would definitely use Providoor again.”

“I purchased the Easter package of food. Generally speaking all the food we have eaten so far has been good. The Slow Cooked Lamb shoulder was very tasty and I am not a big lamb fan.The rolled Porchetta not so successful, took longer to cook than the instructions suggested and was just ok. The focaccia, hot cross buns, pita bread, Morten Bay Bug Gyoza and chicken souvlaki were all delicious. The Potato Gratin was also very good. The olive Oil roasted potatoes turned out ok in the end. A lot of food in total. Good value.”

“My food choices have proven to be delicious and I want to buy again. However, my issue is with the delivery. I appreciate that the wee hours make for easier travel on busy city roads but I take issue with my box left outside my retirement village on a public road. My mobility issues made collection a problem. Had the courier came to the front and not the back of my complex which I had requested, the issue would have been less a problem”

“Super happy with my order - seafood spring rolls and Chicken Pot pie were both delicious. the only thing that restricts me from placing regular orders is the cost of delivery...it was a lot but we enjoyed our order and great for a busy weeknight”

“I was please with the quality & taste of the dishes, however, even though I met the delivery driver as he walked to my gate, the 2 meals on the top of my order were partially defrosted As I am a widow , & live alone, there is no way both of these meals could be consumed in a short period of time. Sadly one of the meals had to be disposed of. This made my order very expensive.”

“Goods arrived when expected. Would like to see printed instructions for cooking/reheating to come with packaging (as with original Providoor products) as scanning QR Code can be tedious - needing to refresh screen, font small, need to keep scrolling to read.”

“Providoor provides a great service - it is wonderful to have frozen meals in the freezer for the times when you don't want to cook. That said, the cooking instructions (which should be on the boxes not via a QR code) are not always right (the seafood rolls take ages to heat and never really get brown and crispy) and the serve sizes vary between chefs. Are they good value? Good question. The quality is generally good (chewy beef pieces in Massaman were unexpected), but the meals are not cheap, just convenient, which is why I bought my son and daughter-in-law the new mum bundle for when their baby arrived.”
