“Ordered a variety of dishes from a number of different chefs. So far we have tried two of these and both were delicious (Moussaka and Beef Rendang). The servings were very generous and there was enough for one serving for the next day. Reheating from frozen was easy. These are definitely good value for money and a much better option than food delivery.”

“Customer service great. Some portions too small for 2 people.(Thai Green Curry with Moubtain peppers) Most meals very tasty. One (meatballs) was bland but moist. Coconut Adele he tart beautiful and well worth it. Most meals are great value per person considering it is very tasty.”

“Absolutely terrible service. Two orders, twice tried to change the delivery time. Got an AI response. No flexibility with delivery times, with first enquiry 10 days in advance. A delivery company that can’t change delivery times. Was a frequent customer of the old Providoor (when it had proper restaurants. Never again.”

“I discovered Providoor of course during the Covid time of which allowed me an introduction to quality food delivered to our home while my husband battled cancer. We enjoyed many pleasurable meals and even now, as my husband passed away in February this year I have clawed my way through the grief to make the decision to, on ocassion, order from you because I am not cooking much these days and I know I need to be kind to myself. The menus have changed and restaurants are not the feature but I nonetheless have found much appreciation for the quality of the meals on offer during my truly hard time dealing with the loss of my special guy.”

“Food is excellent .We’ve had the Middle Eastern meatballs a number of times and the mashed potato. Indian chicken curry also great.. delivery is a problem. I have been told it’s in the terms and conditions but unless you specify to bring it inside your property the food was left in the street. We found that really unsatisfactory.”

“The delivery was great I tried the pea and ham soup but couldn't eat it. can't explain but certainly tasted nothing like pea and ham. The peking duck rolls are very nice.”

“Beautiful food, not only is the food spectacular but it feels good after you eat it unlike most takeaway that make you feel ill after. Providoor is quality food. I am extremely gluten intolerant and I have had no bad reactions at all, it’s truly exciting to be able to eat pre prepared food safely. I couldn’t be happier 😊”

“Cooking instructions don’t appear to correct . Bought the moussaka and potato bake . Both not a greating of moussaka was strange and eggplant wasn’t cooked through. The potato similar . Not sure I would buy again from provider”
