“Providoor's offerings were all yummy. We really enjoyed everything we ordered. The beetroot curry was a particular favourite of my husband's and we loved all the bakery options. We would love to see more of the veggie options in stock and perhaps more gluten free dishes but we can see that keeping things simple is part of a great business model. We are delighted to find we can order both in Melbourne and Brisbane. Thank you so much for more than one lovely meal. You made my husband's birthday weekend very special. 🙏”

“I purchased the Easter package of food. Generally speaking all the food we have eaten so far has been good. The Slow Cooked Lamb shoulder was very tasty and I am not a big lamb fan.The rolled Porchetta not so successful, took longer to cook than the instructions suggested and was just ok. The focaccia, hot cross buns, pita bread, Morten Bay Bug Gyoza and chicken souvlaki were all delicious. The Potato Gratin was also very good. The olive Oil roasted potatoes turned out ok in the end. A lot of food in total. Good value.”

“My food choices have proven to be delicious and I want to buy again. However, my issue is with the delivery. I appreciate that the wee hours make for easier travel on busy city roads but I take issue with my box left outside my retirement village on a public road. My mobility issues made collection a problem. Had the courier came to the front and not the back of my complex which I had requested, the issue would have been less a problem”

“The food is amazing. Can't fault the flavours, however the quantities are on the small side, I think I should have purchased sides to go with the meals, just as you would in a restuarant. Luckily I did have some fresh vegetables in my crisper so was able to add some more food to the plate.”

“Easy to order, delicious flavours, very small serves. Very disappointing. I had beef rendang curry the flavours of which were fabulous andmultilayered., however there were only four pieces of meat. The rest was gravy that is by no means enough for two people. Unfortunately, before her had eaten it, I had ordered some more but that will probably be the last I order which is very disappointing because the quality is superb.”

“We absolutely love Providoor's meals! The flavors are incredibly rich—far exceeding expectations for a frozen meal. Every dish we've tried has been consistently delicious and never disappointing. While they are a bit pricier than the average mail-order frozen meal, the quality makes them well worth it in our opinion. Providoor has truly elevated the frozen meal experience!”

“Deliver service fabulous, quick and well packaged however first product had wrong ingredients listed and 2nd and 3rd products had no heating instructions, indicated needed to scan the QR code for the instructions but that link didn't work either.”

“The lamb and chunky beef pie were quite delicious, but the other dishes were underwhelming. The texture of the Lamingtons was not very enjoyable, and the green curry did not have a lot of vegetables, and what was there also had a poor texture. I'm sure with repeated orders we could dial in the dishes we really enjoy, but the prices are not conducive to trial and error ordering.”

“I couldn’t eat one of the curries I ordered. Nor could my guests and we threw it out. The other curry which was Luke Nyugen was v good as was Anna Pavlov’s lamington. I wrote to the CEO about the good and the bad about the inedible curry by a surprisingly reputable chef but got no reply. So despite some things being good I’m annoyed at the rudeness of the CEO not replying. Feedback is a gift and I chose to make this gift privately and directly but now I’m making it public because I got no reply”
