“Have never been disappointed with what I have ordered”

“OK, not great. We expected the meals to be great as they were "made" by some of our favourite chefs. Unforunately, they were disappointing. They were underseasoned and lacking flavour. The mac and cheese was stodgy and dry, the mousaka was runny. Unfortunately, our order was missing a meal. However, we did get the soups for free.”

“Goods arrived when expected. Would like to see printed instructions for cooking/reheating to come with packaging (as with original Providoor products) as scanning QR Code can be tedious - needing to refresh screen, font small, need to keep scrolling to read.”

“Providoor provides a great service - it is wonderful to have frozen meals in the freezer for the times when you don't want to cook. That said, the cooking instructions (which should be on the boxes not via a QR code) are not always right (the seafood rolls take ages to heat and never really get brown and crispy) and the serve sizes vary between chefs. Are they good value? Good question. The quality is generally good (chewy beef pieces in Massaman were unexpected), but the meals are not cheap, just convenient, which is why I bought my son and daughter-in-law the new mum bundle for when their baby arrived.”

“Providoor provides such a wide range of lovely meals, plenty of options and variety. I check the ingredients to select those meals with no additives and have about 12 favourites that I regularly order. The online ordering is easy and the delivery is always well packed and reliable. The cost is very competitive for the quality of the food. Favorites❤️, the beef Bourguignon and the Italian meatballs.”

“My first order with Providoor has not been a pleasing experience. Customer service was poor with no apology from Providoor for inconvenience caused. Therefore , Unfortunately I have given a 1 star due to below. I was due to have day surgery , living alone, I decided to place an order with Providoor taking care of meals as I would be incapacitated for a week. Order was to arrive Sunday with my day surgery due Monday . The order eventually arrived the following Thursday., many days after required.. Reason for non delivery, following many emails , apparently was my address difficult to understand. I was then asked to provide address as per official government address which is the same as one provided on original order as placed. Next I was advised I would have to wait until the next time slot available the following week. Eventually the order arrived. The duck spring rolls were tasty but the sauce was missing. Next was the Kids Gnocci , truly inedible, the gnocchi was thickish, gluggy not soft with very little bolognaise type sauce . Most went in the bin. Due to Cyclone Alfred, no power, the other meals are yet to be tasted. Thanks to a friends generator the meals are under refrigeration. Such a disappointing experience with this company .”

“I love the ease this gives me in the kitchen and I still get to eat healthy and in restaurant style. Being a busy person and too tired to go out most nights, these ready meals are perfect and I feed my partner and I without any guilt becuase the food is so fresh and healthy. Thank you! Everthing from meals, so ease inordering to communication form Providoor is 5 STARS!!!”

“I have been recovering from surgery so couldn't cook. I had to succumb to home delivery food and thought would by from top shelf company. And although the quality of the food is high the portions are small and restaurant prices. So for me it was ok in an emergency but won't be back.”
