Providoor billed my credit card despite me entering a gift code on their website. They refused to refund the credit card and honour the gift card despite extensive communication. Very poor customer service.

I was horrified at the poor quality! The vegetables were all frozen so turned to mush on cooking, following directions. Green sauce was not sauce but a bunch of oil. Inedible. Only pumpkin and potato, not like what was pictured. Ratatouli looked completely like slop, nothing like picture and was inedible because I believe someone accidentally poured a lot of sugar instead of salt into the food. The daal was completely dry, bland and the tiniest portion, also inedible and the muffins were like hockey pucks, bland and flavourless. Nothing was presented as pictured and I reached out on social media with photos and didn't receive a response to my comments. I believe it's very false advertising and misleading customers.

My delivery was left at the front door asked but the delivery person did not knock to alert me of the delivery or send a notification that it was there When i brought the delivery in food was half thawed, not impressed Another thing I'm not impressed with is the packaging, it is very difficult to get at the product I will not be buying from your company again as I was very disappointed in the delivery and the products

Terrible experience, never recited the package and the delivery was late and then delivered at a wrong time and left on the pavement rail lifting a theft and no support during the process-

Absolutely terrible service. Two orders, twice tried to change the delivery time. Got an AI response. No flexibility with delivery times, with first enquiry 10 days in advance. A delivery company that can’t change delivery times. Was a frequent customer of the old Providoor (when it had proper restaurants. Never again.

Extremely disappointing exercise. A day late, already opened with the spring rolls missing. Some meals in plastic sleeves, some not. I can't answer the transport question as I was not at home.

Be very careful if you need to delay an order. The website says 24 hours notice but this isn’t always the case. I accidentally ordered twice and tried to delay the second order with 3 days notice and they refused. I have not fridge or freezer space so this food will end up given away or thrown out. An expensive lesson to never use this site again

The service was appalling as was the food; a waste of time, effort and $360. No phone number to call only useless AI "live chats" and Jordan by email who had no clue about customer service.

Honestly, mostly inedible! The pumpkin soup was so sickly sweet due to the sugar added (not what you want or expect from a vegetable soup) and the chicken soup didn’t have much taste and the taste that was there was not good! The Mousaka was quite good. The pies were also quite good. I don’t think I’ve ever had to throw food out from a delivery service, let alone one which is marketed as chef/restaurant quality.

In my previous order did not receive 2 items and my only recourse was to deal with AI generated content did not receive the items requested and no refund very poor service

Sadly it was the reason I havnt ordered for a long while. Portions just far too smal. Soup supposed to be for 2 but barely enough for one. Very disappointed

My first order with Providoor has not been a pleasing experience. Customer service was poor with no apology from Providoor for inconvenience caused. Therefore , Unfortunately I have given a 1 star due to below. I was due to have day surgery , living alone, I decided to place an order with Providoor taking care of meals as I would be incapacitated for a week. Order was to arrive Sunday with my day surgery due Monday . The order eventually arrived the following Thursday., many days after required.. Reason for non delivery, following many emails , apparently was my address difficult to understand. I was then asked to provide address as per official government address which is the same as one provided on original order as placed. Next I was advised I would have to wait until the next time slot available the following week. Eventually the order arrived. The duck spring rolls were tasty but the sauce was missing. Next was the Kids Gnocci , truly inedible, the gnocchi was thickish, gluggy not soft with very little bolognaise type sauce . Most went in the bin. Due to Cyclone Alfred, no power, the other meals are yet to be tasted. Thanks to a friends generator the meals are under refrigeration. Such a disappointing experience with this company .

The food is good but the administrative side is terrible. I have placed 7 orders and have had issues with 4 of them. 2 had missing items 1 didn't arrive at all The last and final one I only placed because they provided me with a "We are sorry for our previous stuff up" discount voucher I placed the order which was over just $200 and should qualify for free delivery. The discount took the total cost down to $180. On check out they charged me $20 for delivery which wiped out the apology discount. I then tried to add an additional item to the order to take it back over $200 but was told this wasn't possible and I would need to place a separate order and pay delivery on that as well As I've stated, the food is very good but the customer experience is very bad so I won't be ordering from them again

My box was stolen so I guess I'll never know. Not really Providors fault I guess, but I'm not likely to risk $200 again at a better delivery window. Pity because it looked really promising. Sorry for Very Poor star rating, it's a mandatory question

Never got to eat any of the order. Had to get a refund - which was possibly the only outcome coming out of the transaction that I appreciated. Customer Service should have a long list of communications about what went wrong with the delivery, the communication and eventually the box arriving unexpectedly and then being left out in the sun for enough time that everything was room temperature and the box had been opened by someone. Will not be using this service again. Which is sad because the menu choices look great. But logistics are the core foundation of running a delivery service and if you can't do that right, there is really no way for the offering to work no matter how good the food.

Unbelievable that Providoor contact me for a review given I've been trying to contact them since early December 2024 to get a refund on a faulty product and have still not had a reply! Still no reply form them and still no refund.
