“Lovely options to choose from. Silvia Collocas meatballs the best so far. Packaging people need to double tape, as the box was opening when I got it and the soup had started to defrost .. which was ok, we ate it that night”

“I have had around 5 +$200 deliveries so far. All excellent and fuss-free. The pork is to die for and could feed a family of 4. I love the chicken pie and the Coq au vin is good too. It is restaurant quality for not much more than general takeaway food.”

“Really great if ggoing away with friends - perfect to whack in the over with little effort so you get to have a holiday too! Vegetarian and gluten free options are a bonus, with a group needs.”

“Never got to eat any of the order. Had to get a refund - which was possibly the only outcome coming out of the transaction that I appreciated. Customer Service should have a long list of communications about what went wrong with the delivery, the communication and eventually the box arriving unexpectedly and then being left out in the sun for enough time that everything was room temperature and the box had been opened by someone. Will not be using this service again. Which is sad because the menu choices look great. But logistics are the core foundation of running a delivery service and if you can't do that right, there is really no way for the offering to work no matter how good the food.”

“The packaging was perfect and the delivery was very good.. the alfajores and medialunas were ok, but unfortunately I didn’t like the empanadas.. I am from Argentina and they are nothing like the empanadas there..the filling was like a paste which is not the way they really should be.”

“Purchased for Xmas ( min prep) family lunch. Not alot of options for the vegetarian so had to top off with other food - sort of defeats the purpose. Probably would not do again as during COVID we loved what was on offer.”

“I’ve tried other frozen meals before and can not stress the fact that Providoor is way superior in quality, quantity and flavour. It’s easy to prepare, smells delicious during defrosting and cooking. Portions are perfect for 2 adults. It’s so good to have excellent quality frozen meals.”
