“All flavours with various meals however a slow cooked beef dish was not trimmed of large amounts of excess fat which lost its appeal”

“My experience with Providoor was very disappointing. I ordered the lamb shoulder and side dishes and invited friends for dinner but then the box was delivered missing the lamb m. I ordered an apple pie for the same dinner for dessert and instead received a chicken pie. When I reached out to providoor i was only offered to send me the lamb and apple pie. Even though I asked the customer service team member to send me other items I ordered again, they refused. So then when I received the lamb, I had to go out to the shops and buy all the side dish and cook them from scratch which defeats the whole purpose of ordering providoor to begin with. I’m a new mum and was gifted providoor by family to help out with cooking while with a new born. It wasn’t much help.”

“Excellent quality and variety of cuisines, and changed up some of our mid-week meals to have delicious curries and meatball dishes, I supplemented with some Providoor sides and my own vegetables. For entertaining, we also enjoyed the spring rolls/empanadas/arancini as nibbles - the only miss here was you provide your own sauces and I rose to that challenge with my home made hoisin sauce!”

“The food is good but the administrative side is terrible. I have placed 7 orders and have had issues with 4 of them. 2 had missing items 1 didn't arrive at all The last and final one I only placed because they provided me with a "We are sorry for our previous stuff up" discount voucher I placed the order which was over just $200 and should qualify for free delivery. The discount took the total cost down to $180. On check out they charged me $20 for delivery which wiped out the apology discount. I then tried to add an additional item to the order to take it back over $200 but was told this wasn't possible and I would need to place a separate order and pay delivery on that as well As I've stated, the food is very good but the customer experience is very bad so I won't be ordering from them again”

“My box was stolen so I guess I'll never know. Not really Providors fault I guess, but I'm not likely to risk $200 again at a better delivery window. Pity because it looked really promising. Sorry for Very Poor star rating, it's a mandatory question”

“The recent Valentine's Day meal offer was excellent in itself, absolutely delicious, along with great value for money. The chorizo soup was a standout, the braised chicken was yummy and the rose petals were an endless source of entertainment for my cat. The serves were generous and it took us two days to finish it all. Very happy.”

“Whilst the food was lovely, the delivery and promised extras were not delivered on Valentines Day. No rose petals or candle and it was delivered late. A gift voucher was offered but had to be used within a month. Disappointing really.”

“We loved all our meals. First time we’ve used Providoor. We enjoyed Waygu Beef Rendang, Coq Au Vin, Beef Bourgignon & Margherita Pizza. Will definitely order again.”
