“Love that I order meals in advance for my busy working week and I'm down a chef. Thank you previous order did not have a meal but Stefan sorted it. Thank you again.”

“Great quality and a variety of tasty gourmet food. Conveniently packaged and easy to reheat. The serving size is great for 2 adults, especially seniors and if you add rice or veg etc. some men could eat all themselves.”

“Food is delicious. Packaging is not always the best. The white plastic containers are often broken and arrives with the see through seal on the top all but peeled off. It’s unhygienic and off putting. If this were fixed I would give 5 star.”

“Absolutely loving Providoor! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the variety of meals I’ve tried so far—every dish has been full of flavour. The cooking instructions have been spot-on, which is no small feat when dealing with frozen meals and the quirks of different ovens and microwaves. The meals are not only delicious but also feel like something special—restaurant-quality flavours that are genuinely different from anything I’ve had at home. Portion sizes have been just right too, which makes the whole experience feel well thought out. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to make the soup servings a bit more generous—they're so tasty it’s hard to stop at one portion! Highly recommend Providoor—it's been a standout experience.”

“Overall great food, well packaged and delivered as requested. Downside was a missing item in last order where an ‘AI agent’ indicated (twice) that the item was actually included in my order. On the third go I was transferred to a human. Thank you to Stefano for resolving.”

“We've ordered from Providoor about 5 times and have been so pleased with the meals provided. We both often work late so need convenience and efficiency, with out having to order takeaway. The servings are generous and the food is simply delicious. It has been a lifesaver for those nights where we don't have time or energy to cook a meal from scratch.”

“Quick delivery. We'll packaged. Came when agreed. Great for nights when wanting something easy and pre prepared from the freezer. Meals we ordered were "ok" but not as "special" or mouth watering as Id hoped. My family actually said they preferred my cooking! ( There's a first!) Would maybe try once more, but probably won't become a "regular" when there is Peter Bouchier, Delidoor and Vic's meats out there ! Still, worth trying for yourself”

“All the meals are flavoursome and adequate for 2 people.We were disappointed with the southern Indian chicken though, flavours were good but the amount of of chicken that was in it was very small almost shredded Won’t be ordering that again”

“Food is good but delivery process is not suitable. I assumed delivery would be to door of unit, not the entrance to the whole block of units. We had a large heavy box ($300 plus) left on the doorstep’ on the footpath. I an elderly and somewhat disabled and unable to move that. Therefore we will not be able to order from providoor again.”
