“Called after my car wouldn't start at work. Ash (KO33) arrived at booked time, and quickly identified the problem (ignition barrel failure). He got the car started, and explained how to deal with it when at home. Impressed with how everything was dealt with, he was incredibly professional, police and efficient. Call centre were amazing. Overall I was one extremely happy customer. 11 out of 10 for service! Thank You Kavanagh!!”

“Andy arrived having previously called ahead and estimated his arrival time What a lovely genuine person he got to work and soon discovered my problem or should I say my vehicles problem He talked me through the possible causes and soon had diagnosed the situation and the remedy A new battery was needed so he arranged to go and get a new battery and fitted it for me He was polite efficient and certainly knew his job Everyone needs an Andy”

“Had a problem on M20 Sunday morning with engine symbol appearing on dashboard. Call centre operative was very helpful, noted I was a lone female driver, advised me to get out of the car and to stay behind crash barrier. Received texts from Kavanagh advising time of arrival of mechanic, mechanic's identity and their vehicle registration number. Mechanic arrived much earlier than advised, loaded car on trailer, drove to my local garage to drop car off and then drove me home. He was a lovely fellow, efficient, cheerful and very professional. I cannot fault the service received from Green Flag and Kavanagh Recovery. Would give a higher rating than 10 if I could and I really appreciate the care I received in a very stressful situation. Brilliant service. Don't have mechanic's name but the job number is 1340356.”

“Firstly, I was most impressed with the service I received on the phone when I called to report my breakdown. The response time was quite impressive. The Technician GF155 (Eler) was very helpful and had good job knowledge. He gave good and very useful advice. Very happy with the service and would recommend to family and friends.”

“My car battery died and I was stuck in the pouring rain. Oliver call sign KO22, arrived on time, installed a new battery and provided detailed information about why and how this happened. He was efficient, knowledgeable, quick and extremely nice. Exceptional service, as always, from Kavanagh Motors.”

“Our initial call was handled well and we were contacted to advise us of the ETA. The mechanic Lee called us and arrived earlier than expected. He diagnosed the problem quickly - flat battery - and at our request removed our old battery and supplied and fitted a new one, for which we were able to pay by card. All this transaction from start to finish was handled courteously and professionally and we are very happy with the service provided by Green Flat/Kavanagh.”

“My car broke down with 4 tired kids in it. It was cold and dark. I contacted green flag who work in collaboration with kavanagh group, The technician Lucas N019, vehicle T29KAV was assigned to us. Lucas was so patient, showed empathy for the kids. He attempted everything to make the car start so that it will be possible to leave the area and get the kids home safely. I must say that kavanagh have quite unique staff who are professionals and who know what they are doing. Lucas all of us including the kids say a huge thanks. Merry Christmas to you and God bless.”

“I broke down, the engine just refused to start. I called Green Flag and Paul K504 called me from Kavanagh, he told me how long he would be, arrived within that time frame. He located the problem, was kind and courteous and explained what needed to be done. He fitted a new battery and I was on my way. Full marks.”
