“After calling for assistance from Greenflag 2/8/19, Jason K029, from Kavanagh motors arrived. I had been kept up to date with messages and phone calls so I knew exactly what was going on from start to finish. Jason was friendly, positive and extremely helpful. He was able to rectify the problem and was very thorough and knowledgable with the work he carried out. A big thanks to him!”

“10/10 for James who arrived very quickly and diagnosed the car with injectors and fuel problems helped me get the car to garage by pushing it down the hill and followed us to the garage at the bottom of the hill told the mechanic at the garage what he thought was possibly wrong he was very friendly and helpful he explained everything that he was doing he was just amazing thank you this is the first time I broke down”

“Having never had to use my breakdown service, I contacted Greenflag today after a busy shift at the Hospital. Very helpful lady and had message before end of call to say on their way and time of estimated arrival. Before that time Rob the driver phoned me and was so reassuring and friendly I felt instantly better. Car in staff only parking and van had no access, this was no hurdle and my car was sorted quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. I’m not easily impressed , but Rob who turns out to be one of the Managers ,(not surprising), was brilliant, a credit to your company! Many thanks for saving a damsel in distress😊”

“Technician Andy GF108 was very reassuring, prompt + helpful: getting us back on the road after a puncture. He was even able to direct us to a tyre fitter so we didn't have to do a long journey home on space saver Emergency wheel! Thank you :-)”

“I have been driving for 54 years, and this is the first time l broken down, did a diagnostic test and explained what he was doing as l watched, being an old mechanic having a modern car l will have to get one, as l do most things, and then towed my to garage, l forgot the guys name, his call sign CF157, can only say it was an enjoyable time.”

“Last night i had a terrible breakdown not far from my home. It's the most nerve racking feeling being a new driver and not knowing exactly who to call and what to do. Lucas from Kavanagh Rescue ensured me of everything i needed to know regarding my car as well as providing me with the best advice as a young driver. He communicated thoroughly whilst on the way to me making sure I knew how long he would be. Definitely the best service I've had regarding breakdown recovery.”

“Ben attended a callout to check out a flat battery in my VW Polo this afternoon. He was prompt and professional at all times. He gave great customer service and it's because of his ethic that I would have no hesitation in recommending the Kavanagh Motor Group. When I explained why I thought the battery had been drained he immediately investigated the issue and with some considerable effort he was able to rectify it whilst the battery was re-charging. It was a significant relief to have the problem rectified whilst all the time being provided with an explanation which, to a complete naif with regards to anything automotive, made complete sense. Please extend my grateful thanks to Ben. He ensured that my day went well and he did it with seemingly little effort yet with obvious knowledge. He is a great ambassador for your organisation.”
