“I recently broke down on the M25 (9th Aug), in heavily congested traffic. Jay KR092 turned out to rescue my car and take us to Sandy Lane garage in Walton on Thames. He was polite, friendly and really efficient. Thanks to Jay, I was able to get my car to the garage in time for them to replace a faulty coil pack and get me back on the road, to complete my journey.”

“The mechanic Gary (GF169) came when My car battery was flat. He diagnosed the reason why it was flat, recharged it, advised me to drive the car for at least half hour to make sure it was fully charged, which I did. Gary phoned to let me know what time he would be with me and it was within the time frame that Kavanagh's text advised me when I reported the problem. Excellent service all round.”

“Started my unresponsive Mercedes because the front wheels we turned on full lock that prevented the ignition working. Amazing to think that jacking up the front wheels and straightening them would solve the problem. The Engineer remembered the problem from his experience and got us back on the road with a smile. Brilliant.”

“Kavanagh turned up well before the time slot they gave me. Their mechanic was extremely efficient in his work, polite and courteous. Other than sorting out my flat tyre he also checked the remaining three. Having used them a couple of time now I can honestly say that it's worth having breakdown cover with them.”
