“Steve (Ko11) came to start car in the pouring rain. Only waited about 15 mins Battery was completely flat and not holding charge. He replaced battery and job done. Very impressed.”

“I had Ashley GF104 arrive to try to start my camper an, he was amazing so professionally explained what he was doing and tried so hard to start my van. He couldn’t start but gave all the advice I needed. Excellent service with a brilliant, knowledgeable and kind young man. Thank you Very much Ashley.”

“On contacting Greenflag (8.15 a,m) re my breakdown I was informed that mechanic would arrive by 9.33am. Few minutes later received text message confirming time. At 8.30am received phone call from mechanic apologising and informing me "running late" on asking him roughly what time he reckoned he would be with me he stated 9.00am. Driver arrived 9.05am. He was extremely helpful and polite. Changed my tyre and suggested I get the tyre sorted asap. I appreciated being kept informed of how long I would need to wait etc. Service received very professional very polite from the lady at the office to the mechanic Patrol GF164. Being kept informed on the progress was vey much appreciated.”

“I locked my car keys in the boot of my car today. Andy GF108 came to my aid. He rang to say how long he would roughly be. He was very polite and quickly solved the problem. Would highly recommend this company.”

“The patrol man contacted me to advise me when he would be arriving, although he actually arrived earlier! He quickly assessed the problem and reassured me that l could safely drive my vehicle back home. I was in Canterbury and needed to get back to Grantham. He was very polite. I would highly recommend Kavanagh motor group.”

“Kavanagh came to my rescue this morning when I got a flat tyre on a busy A road. My phone became flat so they could not contact me but arrived within 40 minutes and were quick and efficient in replacing the tyre.”

“Always kept me informed.Arrived in time slot allocated.Very friendly and efficient service provided by Dave (K008). Changed tyre and topped up pressure on one of the other tyres as well. You are a star for Kavanagh. Keep it up.”

“Broke down this morning on busy motorway , Kavanagh were very quick to arrive and kept me informed all the while I was waiting . Jay the recovery chap was friendly and made sure I was safe and warm in the cab while he loaded the car up . Brilliant speedy service and I felt safe, well informed and looked after . Thank you jay for getting me home 👍”
