“Q5 puncture Daniel sorted it and deserves a payrise”

“We had a puncture and had to stop on the side of the A256. Mark KR090 from Kavanagh (via Green Flag) arrived earlier than the estimated time and offered to get us off the main road to change the wheel. We asked if we could be to be taken to a tyre fitter instead and this request was granted without question. The service couldn't have been better!”

“My pickup seemed to go into limp mode twice in as many days so Green Flag sent Petru, who turned up early (!), tried various diagnoses but couldn't find a fault. He made a couple of logical suggestions as to the problem, neither of which could be dealt with there and then. He emphasised that if I broke down on my way to a garage there wouldn't be a problem arranging recovery to the garage through Green Flag. Phone operators were polite and efficient, Petru was very polite and did all he could under the circumstances. All in all very good service.”

“Patrol SO33 Harry. Attended via Greenflag. Couldn’t have done more to try and get me back on the road. Unsuccessfully in the end, but the cars issue not Harry’s. exhausted every possibility. Excellent service and communication”

“We found this service very good ,the mobile mechanic Jon phoned to say how long he would be, let me know his name,and found us straight away in the car park, soon as he turned the key he new straight away what the problem was and sorted it,no fuss just sign my name and we were back on the road,can't ask for more than that”

“Matt KPR192 was excellent from start to finish. He initially called me with an arrival time and called me again when he arrived, as he promised. He worked tirelessly to get my vihicle moving and left me paperwork that helped my garage diagnose the problem.”

“Alex S GF166 Unable to access car and with a flat battery. Alex contacted me and arrived within time he said he would. Managed to gain access and jump start car. Tested battery. Found him to be polite, friendly and knowledgable. Excellent service well done.”

“Paul k504.. really helpful, had three calls from him to keep me updated on his progress. When he arrived, very friendly and helpful, got the car going ( flat battery) straight away, done some other checks just to make sure nothing else amiss. Great service all round. Thanks very much .”

“Jon gf107 - great guy . Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful . (Flat battery) . Soon had my motor started and back on the road . I was on my way to Sittingbourne for a job interview. Got there and got the job . Start Monday . Great day . Thanks kavanagh and cheers Jon 😎”

“Daniel GF122 arrived before the allocated time, he was friendly ,courteous AND efficient, what more could an old biddy ask for? . He also gave me sound safety advice which I acted on immediately. I wanted to know where his angel wings were! Thank you, especially Daniel”

“Stupidly locking keys in the car after a trip to Sainsburys. Gary turned up and was not only charming he was funny as well. Retrieved my keys in no time at all. Stressful situation made so much better by Gary. Thank you”

“Patrol KPR192 Matt arrived sooner than the time stated. He phoned beforehand to keep me updated. Unfortunately car couldn't be fixed at roadside, So Matt got myself and my car back home. Matt was polite and friendly.”
