“Flat battery required check and home start. Technician GF113 (Josh) arrived within 30 mins of calling Green Flag. Excellent service throughout, solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Could not ask for anything better. Impressive service.”

“Andy GF108 was brilliant sending regular updates of ETA and arriving a lot quicker than I expected. He was very friendly and reassuring as, well as being very knowledgeable about the problem with my car. He managed to put my mind at rest and I am very happy with the service received . thank you”

“Battery failure in London. Patrol K15 jumpstarted car and was most helpful. He had a new battery but said I required a larger capacity rather than just fitting the first to hand. I was kept advised of progress to me, a very professional operation.”

“DannyGF171 was very helpful. phoned as my car would not start this morning. Was told I would be contacted with arrival time. Danny phoned with time and started sorting problem. It was the Battery ..he tried charging it ...didn't work...He explained he could order and pick up one and probably take about 30mins I was very grateful and accepted. He came back replaced it and set clock. I would rate the whole experience first class.”

“My car broken down. Steering locked as well. Recovery driver Jay KR092 was fantastic. I say 10/10. The way my car loaded on the truck with the steering lock on was very professional. Jay, the driver was very friendly and tried to help extra more than his normal duties.”

“GF124 Ben- He was a very polite and patient man. At the same time, very helpful and professional whilst explaing the car problems. His customers satisfaction was his upmost concern which I very much appreciated. His level of services are recommendedable. He is a very good representative of the company. “Called green flag, Kallum mp306 from Kavanagh came out phoned to tell me what time he would arrive, was early. Could not fix the problem, so Mark Kr206 was called with low loader, he brought me and dead car home, good job guys.Ron”
