“Had a flat battery, called Green Flag. KPR192 contacted me to let me know he was on his way. Arrived about 30 mins later, went straigh to the car and started it with no problem. Very pleasant and informative, would recommend highly!”

“Called out recovery for flat battery at my home through Greenflag. Chap came over within 20 mins from when I called and changed battery on my car. Very pleasant and helpful. Thanks very much. Fully recommend. Patrol GF117”

“Great customer service and the engineer Andy GF108 arrived within the hour. He was really friendly and let me know as soon as he was on route and helped me get my car back up and running in no time at all. Even provided great advise on what to do in the future. Can't fault the service at all.”

“The telephone service was informative with regular updates about the whereabouts of the engineer. The engineer Matt KPR192 repaired my car promptly, courteously and efficiently. He explained exactly what the issue was and dealt with it all in about 25 minutes.”

“ref GF124-BPn arrived ahead of scheduled time which was a welcomed surprise. He spent a sensible and realistic amount of time trying to diagnose fault and confirmed the battery was ok. He then towed my car to my garage who later said it was the starter motor issue.It was a perfect experience, many thanks to the mechanic”

“The technician Daniel MP302 arrived within the time frame and diagnosed the fault quickly. A new battery was fitted at a very reasonable cost with minimal delay. The technician was friendly and helpful.”

“The technician arrived earlier than expected, he was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and although he wasn’t able to make a permanent repair he was able to do a temporary repair and also took time to explain that the car was safe to drive home and then to the garage in the morning.”

“The sevice was excellent with text message updates. ETA by text was 16:42 but Matt (patrol man) arrived @ 16:26. He was very courteous and polite. Managed to start my car in no time at all. Matt was very clean professional. He also ensured that I had a report indicating the symptom and analysis to avoid further issues. Many thanks Matt and Kavanagh group for a superb service.
