“Round Rose Passage Set - lovely quality, well packed and promptly delivered by Aus Post. I've used these in two houses now.
Two comments:
a) paper template shows undrillable holes - mechanism is in the way. Not a big deal
b) retrofitting to poorly aligned existing holes, when tightened down, handles became stiff - the circlip inside pressed on the door surface. Relieving the wood surface around the 20mm hole gave free movement - pleasing quality mechanism.”
“Twice I have ordered the luggage rack and twice they have cancelled order and refunded monies even after they sent me the email stock is available is what it is.”
