I dealt with Aram Tateossian to purchase handles for my kitchen renovation. He was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend Keeler. They have exceptional hardware and give exceptional service. Five stars.

Long wait times. Not recommended if you need the product within reasonable time. Very bad communication. Website had the lock as in stock. However, I was told it was on back order after ordering and will be 1 week wait. Was told to wait another week every time I called. It took almost a month to get the lock. I even recieved packages from overseas quicker than this. All in all the time frames were misleading and given the fact that the item being a lock is a crucial security part.

Unfortunately I never received any notification that my purchase had arrived. I called to ask an eta. Coincidentally it was arriving the next day. I went to pick up they couldn’t find it and tried to give me someone else’s order. After a long wait they found and in fact it had been there for over a week. It was not my usual experience with Keeler .

I am a Handyman and have bought several items from Keeler online and found them to be excellent in their dealing , when they say this will be delivered on that particular time , it gets deliverd they never let me down, I highly recommend them .

Saw an item I need on the website, price was discounted, made a purchase and few days later been told that they don’t have item in stock and they will refund my money back. So we back to square one three days in.
