Regarding the brush: It is always shown clearly in the product description that the brush is only included if you select one shade together with the brush option. If you choose two refills (two shades), the set comes without the brush. We’re sorry if that wasn’t clear enough for you during checkout.

Damit die Pumpe unserer Tube zuverlässig funktioniert, ist es wichtig, sie immer kopfüber zu lagern – also mit der Pumpe nach unten. So bleibt die Pumpe in direktem Kontakt mit dem Produkt, das durch die Schwerkraft nach unten nachfließt. Beim ersten Gebrauch entsteht durch das Drücken des Airless-Spenders ein Unterdruck, der ein Vakuum bildet und das Produkt nach oben transportiert.
Wenn die Tube jedoch liegend oder mit der Pumpe nach oben aufbewahrt wird, kann sich dieses Vakuum verändern und die Pumpe arbeitet nicht mehr so, wie sie sollte. Unser Tipp: Klopf die Tube vorsichtig mit der Pumpe nach unten ein paar Mal auf den Tisch und betätige sie anschließend mehrfach in dieser Position. Meist fließt das Produkt dann wieder richtig nach und die Pumpe funktioniert wie gewohnt.
