“I love the meter, and it is definitely helping me know for sure where I'm at...I just wish the strips weren't as pricey. I do know that they are lower than others on the market but I've really been trying to gauge what I'm sensitive to from a carbohydrate standpoint and this means checking my levels frequently”

“Pretty pricey for strips, even though cheaper than other brands. There have been a few times I have used the strips that they have given me errors and I've had to throw them out, which is VERY painful given their cost. At $1/strip I'm expecting them to work every single time. I think it's good to monitor short term, but isn't feasible for long-term monitoring”

“It's a good product, but hard to learn to use, and I burned too many strips figuring it out. The picture-only guide was too international to understand. At $1/shot, it's expensive to feel your way through the process for the first time”

“I like the reduced cost of keto sticks, and you sell based on superior accuracy so I assume more accurate than Precision Xtra (I have both). And the required blood volume is smaller. But things I dislike: 1. Testing side by side I get very different numbers the PX and KM meters. Which is right? I have no way to tell. 2. I went into significant ketosis during a recent fast, and PX showed my ketones at 6-7, but the KM just said ""Hi"". That's pretty useless - need the working range extended. Fortunately I was using the PX meter in parallel or would have had no way to calculate GKI. 3. Meter is larger (minor complaint) 4. The lancing device was unusable, I had to throw it away. I really wanted to like this meter but was disappointed”

“The cost is the big selling point, but... having received the box I realize that you've repackaged existing products and introduced complexity into the measurement process. I haven't gotten around to figuring out what web videos I need to watch to figure out how to use the kit. Bear in mind that I'm an engineer who designs products for a living; I can handle a little complexity. But I think you're asking a little to much of your users when coding appears to be required at every power-up”

“Cost effectiveness...I wish the strips were less expensive....If testing 3xs per day is the suggested frequency,then maybe pricing should be based on having to use 3 everyday...not everyone drinks latte's....and they should also be packaged according to having to use 3 per day (boxes of 90 that would last 1 month)”
