“Easy to use and relatively inexpensive”

“I like the product but it was not as easy to use as I expected even after watching the video. Also, I have a hard time getting enough blood to sample. It would have been nice for you to point users to resources to address that issue. And it is pricey. I am not terribly price sensitive but the cost did give me pause”
