“I understand why the monitor can't be sold in Canada. What I don't understand is why the Glucose/Keto strips can't be sent to Canada. Other than that all is good.”

“Great follow up emails - I just opened my package to bight and started testing. A few quick notes. (1) I got a starter kit and 60 additional Keytone/glucose strips, but it was not clear (on your website) that I was going to need additional lancets. I guess I will have to order those separately. (2) the test strips in the kit did not have a box Dash so I had trouble finding the control range for the glucose in keytone control test. I figured it out eventually. (3) I ended up using six strips tonight (three Chi town, and three glucose). I broke a few trying to get the package open noticed in the videos they have little canisters Dash that would be great but those weren’t an option on the website I used a few more doing the control test and now I have very few left $100 spent and going through them quickly is disheartening, I also had trouble getting the blood to soak up and had to turn the device upside down. If that’s not something I’m supposed to do – it would help to know.”

“I contacted customer service with an in app purchase problem. Never acknowledged app problen just told to purchase off computer even though I communicated several times to different people. I have used app many times without difficulty so upset it no longer works or was not addressed.”

“It was hard to determine what my glucose number were. I had to tried 3 times on different days to get a reading. I just want to know my blood sugar count. If the readings would tell what your numbers mean, that would be great”

“I had to buy another meter as you no longer. Make strips for my previous model. The new model is great because it identifies the strip type and renders the appropriate reading but the packets are a real hassle”
