“I had the original keto-mojo and it helped me a lot in my initial journey. As we all know they stopped making the original test strips so I was unable to purchase replacements. It has been several years and I wanted to ensure my stats are where they should be. So, I purchased a new meter. My biggest gripe is that the new meter doesn't provide you with the additional blood information that the original did. The individually packaged strips are somewhat of an upgrade. I only say this because I have difficulty opening and removing the strips at times. All and all I would recommend the meter for those changing their lifestyle and those that feel like they may be backsliding. I am happy with my purchase so far.”

“The KetoMojo device and strips I would give 4.5 Stars. The loss of a half star is simply because I find opening the packaging countaining the strips more difficult than it needs to be. Where I am disappointed is the App. I find it too limited and too rigid. I wish I could do more of what I want with it instead of having the App's designers telling me what to do. I don't agree with the necessity of owning two readers for my wife and me - BUT Keto Mojo discourages this. As a result you cannot pair the reader with two separate users. This is just one of the rigid limitations of the App that leads me to rate it to 2 Stars at best. Other than that, it is a quality device, with what appears excellent service.”

“I really love using this meter, but the syncing with the app is not smooth. Especially using two meters. I’ve taken off my fitbit to see if that’s helpful, then I have to move them away from each other in order to get the sync completed. I also love having all the data it gives me. One issue I don’t like is I can’t get it to measure DBR instead of GKI. I know some have been able to change this function, but I can’t find it. And finally, sometimes the ketone strip doesn’t pull up the blood and I have to open another strip and risk losing the available blood drop. All in all, it’s great except for a few details that I’m hoping you’ll be able to fix.”

“The product is outstanding. My only complaint is that when I ordered extra tests I forgot to order lancets. I immediately wrote and asked that they be included in the order so I wouldn’t have to pay extra shipping amd got back a stick answer directing me where to order them. Not great customer service.”

“My last order had bent glucose strips that always required a second attempt to insert into the meter without an error. This batch the glucose strips look in tact but still require two attempts to insert without an error, and a few of the ketone strips have given an error when inserted the first time. Prior to these two orders, I had not had any problems with the test strips.”

“Does what is says on the tin! Easy to use and give very quick blood glucose and blood ketone readings. The App calculates your GKI (glucose ketone index) which is a helpful diagnostic.”

“Keto-mojo is really nice in general. The machine is working properly and it is accurate. The only problem is the expiring date of the strips. Have bought 70+70 strips and they are expiring in 4 months….. Bought in June, expiring in October…. For a day to day analysis, maybe it is fine; but it is not what I am looking for.”

“Please allow grouping meals to save time inputting daily. A lot of my meals are the same and being able to put "normal breakfast" versus having to input every ingredient would save much time.”

“Technical support misunderstood me the first time when I told them the meter was taking two minutes to sync, but when I explained further the second person understood add initiated shipment of a new meter. Except for that hiccup I would've given five stars.”

“I love that I can track both my glucose and ketone levels. My only complaint so far is that I’ve had a couple of E2 errors and only for the ketone strips, which are the more expensive of the strips!”
