“I recently purchased a Palma daybed which had been a display model at a Garden Centre and was missing some clips and a foot. The Customer Service department, Abi Smith in particular, has been excellent in finding and sending me the parts I need in very quick time. I also ordered, and have received, the cover for the daybed. I am seriously impressed with Kettler.”

“We bought the Cora dining table (280cm) and bench. We'll likely buy some chairs in the future. The first thing you notice is the excellent material quality. It's a very heavy table and the looks and feels very durable. The wood is a lovely natural look, but very neat and consistent. Then, while assembling the table, it's clear that the designers thought carefully about how it should be built: it's very easy to assemble. We haven't had much use out of it yet, but it's comfortable and demonstrates elegant, high quality elegance. One quick thing to note: I think it's worth buying the protective coatings and treating the table in accordance to kettler's guidelines.”

“Excellent customer service. I broke a locking nut on my parasol and requested a replacement. An incorrect one was sent ( my fault) but was quickly replaced by the correct one when I advised. I was particularly pleased that I was able to return the unused part. All free of charge. I also purchased new clips to hold my corner seating together. They arrived promptly.”

“Good company to do business with. I recently purchased a wooden table and chairs, not directly from them, which had a few screws missing. They were really helpful and sent these straight out to me. I then placed and order directly on their website for wood preserver etc., delivered within a couple of days. Wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again.”
