“Unfortunately one of the covers for the Palma chairs was faulty. It was easy to fill in a warranty claim online and the replacement arrived in a matter of days”

“Bought a 4ft RHS bench today. Top back split as soon as I put the screw in and the screw holes underneath at one end didn't line up so I had to redrill them. Disappointing.”

“They replaced the faulty furniture swiftly, with no fuss. However, as this is the second time these items have developed faults, taking us outside the initial 5-year warranty, they have told us this is a goodwill gesture, and we cannot have a further replacement. Seems fair enough!”
