“fast efficient service only let down by the collection of old chairs. On he day the transport company twice changed the collection time and then called at 2pm to say they could not collect on my day of choice. - they came the next day but the inconvenience was significant.”

“We love our corner sofa for the garden and when we put it away for the winter we left the clips that hold the furniture together on the seats. During a storm one of the clips was lost and Kettler immediately sent out a replacement when we informed them. Great product and superb customer service.”

“You responded to our complaint quickly efficiently and in a nice friendly manner . You followed up with a quick and reasonable decision and gave us an action plan that we were very happy to accept . “On receipt of a bbq we noticed a small chip in the enamel and a small paint fault. The bbq was collected and a new one delivered promptly. Very happy with the customer service.”
