“Zak at Kettler provided a prompt and profession service when I contacted the company about a part missing on a Kettler parasol I had recently purchased. Not only did he keep me informed at all times he also arranged for the part I needed to be sent to me immediately. Thank you Zak”

“The service I had with regards to my warranty claim on my garden furniture was absolute excellent. Communication and speed of resolving the matter was 1st class. Let’s hope the replacement chairs are of the same standard. Thanks Kettler”

“i was very impressed with your service and your customer service. i happened to mention about a crack on one of my items of furniture as worried about the weather getting into it. but immediately i was put through to the claims department, where i was told that i would receive a replacement one. i would recommend you to everyone i know thank you Claire Darling Sperrin”

“Patio table and chairs were replaced under the 5 year paintwork warranty, no quibble, all members of staff involved were extremely helpful. Very simple claim process although claim authorisation took some time to get approved. Good quality metal patio furniture. Very pleased with replacements Extremely pleased with service and could recommend this company and their products”

“Had a problem that was resolved quickly, efficiently and hassle free. Staff were very pleasant and informative and replacement furniture was despatched/delivered as soon as I had provided the relevant details. Have used Kettler garden furniture for more than 20 years without problems and will continue to do so in the future after the way they responded to this isolated issue. Well done. Quality product, quality service.”

“This firm’s customer care is outstanding. Our 8 Siena chairs were replaced promptly and the delivery/pickup service worked extremely well. The drivers arrived at the agreed time and were particularly courteous and helpful. It is unfortunate that these beautiful chairs develop rust so easily.”

“MORE THAN 5*s EXCELLENT all round! No quibble replacement of complete set -dining table,chairs,settee and companion set which had all rusted under warranty.( Fault in coating now rectified.) Kettler customer service staff very helpful,polite and efficient as were the delivery men from Panther group. Kept informed and up to date with progress of claim/delivery throughout. Delivery within 7days of making claim ,faulty furniture collected at same time. Highly recommend - wish all companies were this efficient. Furnitures great quality too. Thankyou very much.”

“I am very impressed with the service I received recently with Kettler. I had a few chairs which started to rust in the same spot well within the guarantee period. After sending proof of purchase and some images, they replaced the chairs as soon as they came back in stock. Communication was excellent from them, via phone calls and emails. Their delivery service was excellent too, communication again was very thorough.”
