Kettler responded to my warranty claim without question. There was some delay in replacing the damaged items but they kept in touch and fulfilled their promise. They need to monitor the transport company they use as 2 vehicles turned up at the same time one to deliver and one to collect. both from the same depot.

I WAS MORE THAN PLEASED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY THE FRIENDLY STAFF MEMBER ZAK AND THE CONSIDERATION HE SHOWN TO ME. IT WAS ALSO GOOD TO SEE KETTLER STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY PERIOD. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIGHLY RECOMMENDING KETTLER IN THE FUTURE MANY THANKS TO A FIRST CLASS COMPANY

The sevice from Kettler has been exemplary. Just one problem that in the packing of the replacement chairs the plastic protectors for the arms of the top chair were omitted and unfortunately one arm has a small chip. I have spoken to Zak and he is dealing with it. Thank you for excellent service in these days when the customer seems to matter less and less.

We are longstanding loyal customers of Kettler, and had a problem with a certain set of garden furniture, which once reported, Kettler stated was part of a faulty batch, and would be replaced without hassle. Very straightforward and honest.

Couldn’t fault Kettler! I have been buying kettler furniture for over 20 years now and I have never looked back! I was so surprised to see how helpful the team are at Kettler and how quick they resolved my problem. I had two amazing customer service agents helping called Zack and Tammie they went above and beyond to help me! 5 stars for the both of them from a very happy and pleased not so young lady.

the problem was related to one or two chairs, but all six were changed. Excellent contact from Kettler, and from the delivery men. Our original application went astray, but was dealt with promptly when we made contact. This service encourages me to buy from Kettler again, as the after service is excellent

Rusting problem developed in the structure of our Gazebo. A claim via Kettler website was made, and accepted quickly by Kettler. A message subsequently received from Kettler that product was out of stock. Further contact later made and a full replacement Gazebo delivered with old one collected. Very efficient and reassuring service.

Excellent customer service, within logging my issue on your website, I was contacted within the hour and a collection and delivery of a new item was organised. The couriers who collected and delivered my new item were polite and friendly and I was updated on their progress throughout the day. First class service form both Ketter and the delivery company
