“Excellent product and service, so much so that when there is a slight faulty product they seem to drop everything to ensure you are fully satisfied . My sincere thanks to all the team from Directors, Managers and staff. Well done”

“Their customer service is second to none. We have had a patio table and chairs since 2002, left outside uncovered all year round, still rust free, and this is only one of the reasons why we continue to buy Kettler furniture Subsequent furniture seems to have a problem with rust because, I was told, they had to change the formula for the coating. Whenever we have had a problem, Kettler have always sorted it out, and if they cannot replace like for like offer an acceptable alternative. All of our metal garden furniture is Kettler and we will continue to buy Kettler because of the quality.”

“I have been purchasing Kettler products from 2000 and have always been exceptionally pleased with the design and quality. I have several patio chairs and tables all excellent. I would also like to comment on the Customer Service efficiency which is second to none and I have always received 100% satisfaction”
