“Generous replacement policy when things go wrong, such as rust patches. Helpful staff who keep one posted about replacements. The outdoor furniture is also very stylish.”

“3 out of our outside chairs developed rust, the fourth didn't. I contacted Kettler and tried to follow their on line complaints line, sadly that was not working. However, after a telephone call, I was helped by a young lady who asked me to send a description and photos of the chairs in question. A few days later I received a call to say that they would replace the 3 chairs as they were only 2 years into a 5 year warrantee. Although we had to wait a few weeks for a new batch to arrive, I can say that the delivery of the new chairs, and the collection of the old ones went smoothly. Great service. Just one small point the delivery company who delivered my chairs would not take away the very large box in which they came. It was difficult for me to dispose of the said box. Overall dealing with Kettler was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend their products and service. Thank you...Gordon Downey, Enfield”

“After nearly four years outside our very expensive garden chairs began to show signs of rust. I contacted Kettler, sent them some photos and within ten days they replaced all the chairs under warranty. Fantastic service!”

“Patio table showed signs of rusting after 12mths. Table had a 5yr rust warranty. No quibble replacement by Kettler, delivered and old unit collected. If only everyone gave this level of customer service! Well done and thanks Kettler. I have a few Kettler products and will definitely buy more!”

“We were delighted with our garden furniture when it arrived. A week or so later we realized that one of the wicker strips was coming undone. I contacted Kettler and they could not have been more helpful. They replaced the armchair with a brand new one. I was extremely impressed by their customer service and expect to get many years of enjoyment out of my fantastic furniture. I can not recommend Kettler highly enough.”

“I needed a replacement table and 4 chairs as mine had all rusted - the guarantee was for 5 years and Kettler replaced them all as promised. The staff I spoke to were polite and kept me informed at all times. The delivery was on time and the delivery men rang to let me know they were only a few miles away. I was very impressed with the service I received and I adore my garden furniture. Thank you Kettler.”

“I contacted Kettler to make a warranty claim in July. The staff were extremely helpful & efficient & after submitting photos & details of the garden furniture which hadn’t lasted as long as the warranty stated I was give a replacement, which arrived promptly on the date they stated. The whole procedure exceeded my expectations! I would like to send a very big Thank You to all the staff who dealt with my claim.”

“Our Palma table had a slight dip in the middle which only noticed when it had rained as water collected there. We sent photos of this to Kettler via email from our stockist and within a week it had been replaced with a new one with no fuss. Amazing customer service”

“I have owned around 18 Kettler garden chairs over the years and always been super impressed with the quality and durability - hence why I was so surprised this time at the one chair rusting so quickly. The response form your team was quick and supportive - shouldn’t happen, we will replace. Things were handled efficiently and without fuss. A great example of a problem, handled well, actually enhancing customer loyalty rather than destroying it. Many thanks. Gareth”
