“Kettler replaced my garden furniture when we notice rust areas had appreared on 2 chairs and the table. Kettler replaced all 6 chairs and the table within 2 weeks. Excellent service, no fuss, a delight to deal with.”

“One of our Siena chairs had a minor problem at one year old. Realistically nothing structural or decorative, just a comfort issue. Discussed it with after sales, supplied photos and proof of purchase. Chair replaced with no Quibbles promptly. Thank you Kettler for restoring my faith in British retail customer relations.”

“No quibble about replacing a garden table. Asked for photos which I was happy to provide, my only slight niggle was the length of time they took from my initial complaint to actually delivering the replacement. Happy to recommend though.”

“We purchased a Kettler table and 4 chairs we were very happy with them unfortunately one of the chairs had some paint come off,whilst we have had nearly 2 years I did expect them to last longer than that. I called Kettlers customer support and explained the problem,the young man was extremely helpful and asked if I could send a picture of the problem and he would look into it, I did that and sent it to him. He informed me a couple of day's later he had put this through to warranty and after providing proof of purchase I was sent a new chair. I felt it was dealt with quickly with no stress to me and I am a satisfied customer. Thankyou Kettler and please thank your man for his help”

“Replaced rusting product without question and very quickly. Kept in telephone contact ref delivery arrangements and couldn’t have handled it better. “Superb customer service. I have been very impressed with how Kettler handled the replacement of my faulty furniture. They approved my claim (following the submission of photos) very quickly and even suggested doing more than I asked. The chairs were delivered and the faulty chairs removed promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

“A Kettler parasol lost one of the lugs holding the arms in place within the first two weeks. After sending a couple of pictures, the replacement was approved, a new one delivered and the other collected within a few days. Excellent, no-quibble, customer service.”

“After just over 4 years i raised a warranty claim on a resin table on which the surface material had started to blister and crack. I did not have a receipt for the table or an exact date of purchase. However Kettler told me where to find the batch number and a few days later gave me a choice of which replacement table i would like. I now have my new table and couldn't be happier with the service i have received. Very impressed with the customer care shown and will definitely buy and recommend in the future.”

“Kettler were very quick respond to the need to exchange the garden furniture due to rust. However, they were not quite as good in keeping me informed of the approval process and I had to keep chasing to find out what was happening. But I would certainly buy more Kettler furniture as they readily honoured the no quibble guarantee!”

“Our 4 chairs and table showed signs of rust after 2 years of use. After contacting Kettler they replaced them all under warranty without any fuss once we had sent them photos of the set. The replacements were with us within two weeks of my initial query. A courier brought the new furniture and took the old ones away at the same time. Excellent service, I'd recommend them over cheaper versions.”
