“Following a warranty claim regarding small splits in a bench I submitted the on-line warranty form and sent pictures o the bench and issue. Within 2 days I received an e-mail indicating that the bench would be replaced and that I would be contacted to arrange delivery - and collection of the old bench. It was delivered when I requested and overall the process was quick, simple and dealt with in the manner which is an example other retailers. From my perspective very well done.”

“Our corner unit/table covers had perished the website was easy to use I completed an online warranty claim form with simple to use completion and photo attachments. Had a reply within 24hrs and replacement covers delivered within 10days fantastic customer service. Thank you Zak o’connell”

“Excellent customer service Purchased Round Silver Mesh Table & 4 X Chairs Problem with one of the Table Legs & one Chair was damaged Both replaced once photographs had been submitted Frustrating having to take day off work to accept delivery but had no where for the replacements to be left securely which was offered to me Customer services was very helpful Love the purchase”
