Our garden chairs showed signs of rusting. Photos sent by email to the company were acted upon really quickly and replacement chairs delivered. This was excellent customer service, rare these days unfortunately. Thank you Kettler.

Well this is a mixed bag really. Rating the service from Kettler - second to none. Seeing the list of people who have had rusted chairs concerns me greatly. The warranty is for 5 years. I have had a replacement rust in less than a year. it does make me nervous from here in about rusty chairs in the future? But lest wait and see. As a company - excellent!

Some rust appeared on two of our chairs which we had had for nearly two years. After a phone call to Kettler we submitted pictures and a copy of our receipt. They promptly offered replacements and within a short while we had all four of our chairs replaced. A great outcome, how nice it would be if all companies were so helpful.

Had some rust forming on our 2 seater garden chair.On submitting proof of purchase and photos a date for replacement was quickly arranged. Customer service that other companies should be offering.Thank you Kettler!

We bought table and 4 chairs 2 years ago, sadly on going to clean the items for the summer notice all the chairs cross bar had rust starting due to the degradation of the powder covering. I notified the company whom we purchased the items from who in turn notified Kettler. Within 24 hrs was notified by Kettler that replacements were on their way. Superb service, thank you Kettler.

We had a problem with our companion set the powder coating had failed and the table was starting to rust. After a phone call and proof of purchase another set was promptly dispatched to us free of charge. Thank you very much Kettler for your excellent customer service.

We bought 4 chairs, a companion set, a foot stool and a patio table. After a couple of years the foot stool and a couple of chairs started to show signs of rust. After contacting Kettler, proof of receipt and a couple of emails, new items were received without any hassle. A year later the other chairs started to rust and discolour, another call to Kettler and again new chairs were sent without delay. This is the sort of customer care that seems to be unusual today, no excuses, no quibble, just first class service from a first rate firm. Every member of staff spoken to was polite, efficient and very helpful. Thanks to everyone at Kettler, keep up the good work.

Waited ages for the retailer to get back to us but things moved fast as soon as Kettler customer service got involved. All done by email. Replacement items look great. Very pleased with the way Kettler responded. Thank you.

Kettler supplied a couple of parts for my garden furniture. Nothing unusual there. However they did it within 24 hours and that's unusual. Brilliant email and telephone communication. A pity that all companies are not like this.

After I noticed a rusty appearance on my Kettler Sienna 2 seater bench, I was very concerned and having discussed with my local stockist how to begin the complaint system, I followed the guide on the Kettler web site, attached copies of the receipt and photos of the damage. The next day I received a acknowledgement of the receipt of the email complaint form. the following day, an acceptance that the complaint was to be upheld, The new piece of furniture was delivered less than a week after the complaint, and the defective piece taken away the next day. I was impressed by their efficiency. I have several other pieces of Kettler garden furniture, these do not currently have any problems. Also a set which I purchased for my son about 14 yrs ago is still fine and rust free.

We had an issue with several of their coated metal furniture, which came with a 5-year guarantee. After about 3 years, they started rusting in a small way, and they replaced them very quickly, with just a photo emailed to them as proof. We understood they had a bad batch of this furniture. Unfortunately, the coating of one of the replacement chairs also started peeling off in quite a major way, after less than 2 years, and again they replaced with no quibble. I cannot remember dealing with a firm that has made so little fuss about things under guarantee - the usual pattern of prevarication, asking for excess proof of purchase etc, simply didn't happen here. Customer service par excellence! Well done.

Had a couple of small rust spots appear on my garden table (less than a year old). Contacted Kettler with photos and copy of receipt and they sent a brand new replacement within a week or so - no quibble at all. Even offered to collect the old one or told me I could keep it to do with what I wanted. Best customer service I have had in ages and an example that many other companies could follow!!!!!

Had rusting on a garden twinseat which was one month within the 5 year guarantee. The customer service team were incredibly efficient and a replacement was delivered within 10 days. An excellent example of good customer service.
