“Products are excellent. Had slight problem with lights on parasol. Customer care was excellent and replaced.”

“Product good but slight damage to top side in transit. Bought touch up paint which at £8 pound was a lot as we were trying to preserve the damage which was not our fault”

“Our garden furniture has lasted really well for over 10 years. Just a little fading of the cushions - really not a problem. Recently bought new covers as the old ones (not Kettler) fell apart. Delighted to see they still fit perfectly.”

“We purchased a set of Kettler Palma furniture nearly 3 years ago and I am pleased to say that it still looks as good as new, and is very comfortable. However, although we had initially bought a waterproof cover for the cushion box, we never did get around to buying covers for the three-seater sofa or the two armchairs. I recently contacted Kettler customer support, and they were extremely helpful by telephone and email. I have now bought and quickly received the new covers which look to be the same high quality as the previous one for the cushion box. We may not use these much, if at all, before the Autumn, but they will help to protect the furniture from the weather and also particularly, to keep the falling petals and leaves from our garden off the furniture.”

“1 meter square table and 4 chairs arrived in two boxes. Everything was very well packed and well protected. Far superior to my recent experience with John Lewis garden furniture which we returned due to multiple instances of damage. Our table and chairs are well made and of top quality We are 100% satisfied with them. Kettler stuff is not cheap but buy wisely(on line I was able to pay 75% of the prices most others were charging). And you will not be disappointed Based on my experience, I thoroughly recommend Kettler garden furniture”

“Quality products from a quality company. Great to communicate with a human being in Customer service for a change. Would appreciate detailed technical manual on Orbit speaker. Very complex Bluetooth issues if you wish to control with a new device. There needs to be a reset capability”

“Delivery was on the day advised. Product is very well made and although it took a long time to put together this was a reflection of the quality rather than of the difficulty. Table plays really well and everyone is enjoying it. Folding it away is simple and quick.”

“Very pleased with the delivery on time as stated 👍🏻The product I purchased 2 speakers lights included for each parasol ☂️ the only thing I thought I could Bluetooth the 2 speakers to play music together 😞 we also purchased matching 2x2 corner settees 2x2 stool and 2x2 tables with cover were well made and finish’s off are new patio great job👍🏻”

“We are delighted with our Kettler garden table and chairs. They are beautifully designed and well finished. The delivery was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in all day for their arrival.
