Placed an order at the start of January 2021, the website said a few days for delivery when I purchased in time for the funeral, it’s June 2021 and it’s only just arrived. The communication from the ‘customer service’ team if you can call it that, is defensive and didn’t take time to understand the experience from a customer perspective, I wasn’t given any form of apology, it was more ‘it is the way it is now, like it or not’ which I think is an extremely poor customer service approach from being a CS manager myself. I would never order again from here and feel I deserve my money back, product received or not, for being 6 months out of pocket and as to meet basic customer service standard”
