“The products are great but to be honest didn’t have a great experience receiving the gifts as the bottle for the bath salts were open so nearly a quarter of the salt in the bottle had spilled everywhere in the box which is challenging as it was bought as a gift”
“I placed an order and it didn’t arrive for 3 weeks’ The lovely candle was for my sons teacher and by the time it arrived schools had closed for the Xmas holidays and the teacher moved back to her original school.
So unfortunately, she didn’t get the lovely candle and I was then left with a personalised candle.
I did email, but got the standard response of the Royal Mail strikes.
Other companies decided to use other couriers to ensure their customers got their items within a reasonable time.
Lovely candles, but the overall ‘experience’ was disappointing.”

month to come and I was not given a reason as to why. The product had to be resent to me and I had to chase this up myself otherwise I would have been left with no order. Please make more of an effort to update your customers if their order isn’t going to arrive.”

He sent me a photo of her holding it and it was tiny, not worth £14.99 in my opinion.”

You should have wrapped the box in brown paper or cling film as the box packaging is one of the reasons I bought from you!

“The candle smells and looks nice but it was smaller than I expected and the gift box it comes in doubles up as the packaging, so it has a big address label on it which you can't take off without ripping the box, not ideal for an engagement gift.”
“I was so very disappointed in this order. I saw this candle on Etsy however there was a $16 shipping fee. I went to the website and it was only a $10 shipping fee. So would have been $26. Well I was charged $36 instead of $26 that it should have been. I paid $36 for a candle that’s probably 4 inches tall. Very very tiny. It also did not include everything that Was to be engraved on it. to. It had happy birthday to my beautiful daughter Stephanie however not love mom and dad! Now I have to fight that charge 😤”

“I placed an order with Kindred Fires on 15th December for a gift for my wife's 40th birthday. I received a dispatch email on 20th December that contained a tracking link but no tracking number. It is now the day before my wife's birthday and this gift will not reach her in time for her big day. I am very disappointed as I believed I would receive her gift in time and I have also sent email to KF and used their contact us link on the website and received no reply.”
