“I ordered a personalised candle as an engagement gift. I expected the candle to be bigger considering the price, but delivery was quick and the recipients loved it.”
“Beautiful candle, beautiful scent.
Although there was a hiccup with delivery Kindred Fires service was excellent and the problem was sorted immediately. Highly recommend.”
“My only issue was that I used a capital first letter when spelling the name of the person for whom the candle was for on the order form. It is customary to spell a name with a capital letter. When the candle arrived, the name was all in lower case and just doesn't look right to me. Other than that the candle is beautiful and nicely packaged.”
“Candle bought for a friend and she is delighted.
Only problem I found was ordering in my name but sending direct to my friends address. Correspondence kept using recipients name.
Just a website issue.”
“Very well made and packaged well to ensure safe arrival. This was an engagement gift and the happy couple love their personalised candle. I would have preferred the text to have been larger and bolder as I suspect that it may wear off quite quickly as it is for use in a bathroom.”
“Smell lovely larger than I expected. Delivery arrived with a whole in the box so I was expecting the candles to be damaged but they was packaged well. I hope the people these are for get comfort from them.would have been better if the text was all the same size. But I’d buy them again and will be for myself.”
“I am looking forward to lighting my advent candle. Unfortunately, the scents I chose were out of stock. I chose cinnamon and orange as a replacement.it smells beautiful.”
“The candle is nice but I think the packaging has to be changed. This was a gift for Christmas and it had this massive sticker on this beautiful box with my name and home address so obviously I cannot gift this box now as I cannot remove the sticker. Also, I was not sure whether receipt was inside so I had to break the seal which again is not ideal. Looks like I have opened someone else's present.”
