“Brilliant service - staff where so helpful. Prior to ordering I rang to find out if a specific day was allocated for delivery to my area. It didn't quite fit in with my plans, but Kingdom Appliances managed to accommodate my quite strict delivery time. Delivery went like clockwork. Great quality at such a great price - I saved nearly £300 off list price on a brand new (still in the box) AEG cooker. The cooker is now installed and I am thrilled. I cannot praise the staff I dealt with too much, so helpful. Brilliant customer service. I will certainly recommend Kingdom Appliances to anyone I know who needs any electrical appliances”

“Kingdom Appliances have been very helpful and speedy over a problem I have with an AEG dishwasher developing a fault. The problem is with the AEG Favorit F55502V10 not with Kingdom Appliances. The product has developed a faulty top wire basket - keeps slipping down on one side, now the machine has developed a fault that error codes i40 which means too many problems to diagnose! This issue is important to note about the AEG product. Also the rack layout, by the way, is a real backward step from the previous AEGs we've had - they can't have done any customer research with real customers and real sized plates, mugs and glasses!”

“The service I received was EXCELLENT. Every query answered and staff were so accommodating, polite and helpful - ensuring that I could get my delivery on a specific afternoon. They rang back when they said they would (no mean feat these days). Cooker ordered Monday and delivered on Wednesday of the same week - all for £19.95 delivery charge. I ordered a brand new AEG cooker and paid £200 less than I could find it anywhere else - brilliant! I will be recommending Kitchen Appliances to everyone I know.”
