Bought and paid ££279.99 for a dishwasher (Electrolux ESL4200LO) back in 2016-07-20. The plumber came to install it yesterday 14 December 2016, found out that is a second-hand dishwasher they have delivered and is faulty and not working at all. Called Kingdom appliances and was told I should have called and report the fault within 28 days after delivery. Please do not buy anything from this website, its just a BIG FRAUD!!!! Selling a second-hand dishwasher for a new and its FAULTY!!!

Hi Ara, we have looked into your complaint and sincerely regret the circumstances of your case. We can confirm the dishwasher was supplied as an unused graded item and had been in your possession for almost 5 months before it was found to be faulty by your installer. Given this time period, you were advised to contact the manufacturers' service department to arrange a repair. This is protocol based on the time-frames involved. Nevertheless, we believe we should have taken more time to alleviate your concerns regarding your assertions the item was previously used. We should have explained that it is normal for new dishwashers to have a small amount of water in the base from manufacturer testing. We should have also explained that the item failing so early into its useful life is something that does happen albeit very seldom and itself does not mean the item was second-hand. We hope this does not preclude you contacting us again should you need any help in the future. Regards, After-sales

Really bad showing old stock of 5 + years took our money waited over a week for delivery and only realised it wasn't going to arrive when rang to find where our order was very very poor!

Age of the appliance should give you a clue to its availability or lack of rather. If you bothered to check your emails you would have known we reversed the transaction straight away as well as explaining why this occurred i.e. a system error. Rather poor on your part.

Was considering ordering from Kingdom Appliances but following from appalling customer service using their online chat function I didn't bother. They didn't seem interested in actually having my custom and were quite abrasive and confrontational. If that's how they behave BEFORE I have handed any money over, I dread to think what they're like once they've actually received the order! e.g. when I asked them if they had any more detail on the "minor indendations" their response was "What more could be added...?". I could think of plenty such as location and number of indentations! I think Kingdom Appliances need to rethink their customer service staff! Appalling

How much more detail can be added to something with 'tiny indentations, hardly noticeable'. If they are tiny and hardly noticeable what significance does their location have(?) Talk about spitting dummies out. You can't please them all, even after trying to accommodate every request.

Item purchased was not as described, when pointed out to them they blamed me and was told should have inspected better. note: i inspected thoroughly the areas that were deemed faulted /repaired what, i didn't inspect was the areas they didn't mention. They are very naughty, only buy if you have a very large discount to cover expenses for the areas they don't tell you about Will I deal with them again? NO!

We instruct customers to check appliances over at the point of delivery to ensure they are as described. If this is not the case the case we ask for the appliance to be rejected and sent back with the driver. If you then LATER decide the item is not as described we cannot verify accountability. We have procedures in place for very good reasons. Only those do not follow set procedure like to deflect accountability and point fingers.

We are having a lot of problems with the dishwasher, my husband says he thinks the door is not aligned properly and we think the interior is of poor quality. It isn't kingdom's service, more the dishwasher.

Delivery person was very unhelpful about placement of new unit, just dropped and left, even though I was very ill at the time.

We do make it clear in our terms and conditions that delivery is to the door of the building on ground level. We do not have liability cover to be in your property.

I ordered a Zanussi oven from them that had been opened from its boxing but was claimed to be in new condition. Although Kingdom Appliances said they had the product available, delivery was to be up to 2 weeks since they only deliver weekly to London if there are several deliveries to be done. A day or so later they confirmed delivery would be in one week and they would need me to help the lone driver carry it. The day before they were due to deliver they phoned up to say they didn't have my oven any more and tried to sell me a different model which I did not want because it could not operate on a 13 amp plug. The salesperson tried to persuade me it could be used with a 13 amp plug (contrary to the manufacturers statement on it which I had read previously). I did not accept. They refunded my money promptly. The purchase would have saved me about £40 but dealing with them left a poor impression and I would not order from them again.
