“I was disappointed that you would not take the appliance up to the flat, that is not a good service. The appliance has not yet been used so cannot comment on it. Please register it for guarantee.”

“Cooker ordered with knowledge of "slight" indentation to front side panel, however when it arrived there were 3/4 dents to both side panels”
