“Bought cabinet handles recently excellent value very prompt delivery thanks”

“Really pleased with the item I purchased, good price and good quality. However the delivery firm wasn’t quite so good- firstly they tried to deliver it without giving me any notice (no one was at home), and when they delivered on the second attempt, the driver simply left the item (a large double sink and drainer) on a pallet on the garden path. He refused to carry it in the house and left my heavily pregnant wife with it to deal with.”

“Delivered on time on 25th April, product is as described and solid but our kitchen fitting was delayed and when we went to fit the baskets this weekend (11th/12th April), we realised the fitters had had to reduce the depth of the cupboard they were to go in and as a consequence, the baskets would not fit. I checked the website for return procedure yesterday and found there was a 14 day return policy. My husband rang today, 13th May, to see if there was any leeway as it was now 18 days but the answer was ‘No’ and a suggestion that we should sell them on privately if we could not use them! I understand this is their right, but when most companies have a 30 day policy, 14 days is quite tight. Be sure that you are aware of this short window for return!!!!”

“Screws missing from items so I contacted KF direct and spoke to a lovely gentleman. He was very apologetic and I had the missing items the following day. Goods are perfect and as described. Very professional, efficient and reliable service, goods arrived on time.”
