“If I could, I would give them -5 stars. They charge deposit promptly, and cancel my booking when I’m already at the airport. The excuse been the car broke down. But wait, there is another car which is available, but they wanted $40 more. Clearly they have no ethic and just money sucking machines. We ended up with Uber Black which is much more reliable and cheaper.”

“Be aware and stay away from them - typical bate and switch scam. Their website says 288 euros but after you book, manager tells you this will be 440 euros.”

“Dangerous thieves!!! Different driver than promised came to get us and refused to drive us until we paid him more money - finally started driving when we threatened to call police. Then fell asleep at the wheel during our trip. Had to get out at a rest stop and order a taxi. Riders beware.”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would. Arrogant, unprofessional, inflexible attitude. We will have to take a legal action against them. They refused to provide receipt for cash payment, which is illegal and threatened cancel the whole service (when we already paid Deposit which we would have lost) which is blackmail. They have 0 flexibility even if you need to change the transfer by one hour and force you pay eur 100 extra. Our flight was delayed and they made us wait 1 hour for the transfer basically blaming us for our flight being late and demanding we're in wrong. They had the flight number any I told them ahead of time we'll be late. They didn't care and even were super rude. I've never encountered such horrible attitude. They were shouting at us even. Really appalling attitude. Please use anyone else.”

“PROBABLY A SCAM. Noone at Milan for booked pickup, all listed telephone numbers on website and confirmation emails are "not connected". DO NOT TRUST.”

“La mia esperienza è stata negativa. Avevo un appuntamento prenotato due settimane prima, alle 10:00 dal porto di Ijmuiden di Amsterdam all'hotel del centro città per un costo di 50 euro. Verso le 09:15 ho chiamato per scrupolo il call center per avvertire che ero in anticipo e invece ho scoperto che l'auto era prevista dal porto principale di Amsterdam mentre io avevo precisato all'atto della prenotazione che volevo l'auto al porto di Ijmuiden. Per farla arrivare dove ero io mi è stato chiesto una extra di 25 euro, ma al di là del costo aggiuntivo, avendo capito che l'auto non sarebbe mai arrivata a prelevarmi all'orario prefissato, ho annullato la prenotazione perché avevo un impegno importante ad Amsterdam e verso le 10 ho preso un taxi disponibile sul posto sobbarcandomi una spesa doppia pur di arrivare in tempo al mio impegno al centro di Amsterdam. Inoltre alle 18.00 dello stesso giorno avevo un'altra prenotazione per andare in aeroporto a prendere il mio volo di rientro a casa, ma l'autista è arrivato alle solo 18:30 sempre perché verso le 18:15 ho telefonato per sollecitare altrimenti non so. L'autista mi ha confermato che era stato attivato solo verso le 18:20 cioè dopo la mia chiamata al Call center. Sono certo che se non avessi chiamato sia la mattina, sia la sera non sarebbe arrivato nessuno se non con forte ritardo. In conclusione ho capito parlando con il conducente che non si tratta di una compagnia di transfer o taxi ma di procacciatori che si affidano a varie compagnie partner che offrono collaborazione solo quando sono disponibili ma non possono garantire puntualità. Knopkatranfer non è affidale. Non la consiglio.”
