“I have been getting the subscription of undies for years, I have always had wonderful customer service from them and have been able to pause and restart the subscription easily and never had any issues. The undies are cute and comfy and it’s so fun to get new ones on a regular basis and I’ve never had to wait (besides the Canada post strike but that’s not on Knotty) because shipping was always scheduled and delivered as the emails said.
I find sizing isn’t always 100%, but close. I’ve lost weight recently and went from plus size to M, and the bralettes and undies have been something that has made me feel better with my new body, and I love that they have great options for plus size and love seeing the plus sizes being represented and embodying the message of being confident. Message received :)”
“I'm very mad that my order which I was really looking forward to never showed. You people say I have to wait to the 20th and if it doesn't show you'll open an investigation. So unhappy. I should have been compensated better than that. Ridiculous”

NOT VERY WELL!! you had contacted me about a month later after telling me the order was shipped. And you said that you had no stock of the items I wanted. You asked if I wanted a surprise package. I found there was no stock on a lot of products so I said OK to the surprise package. I received my order just yesterday and I was really disappointed. Why would you send me HALLOWEEN themed undies after Christmas season. This really ticked me off. Needless to say I probably will not order from you again.”
